This product works great; I have fine, oily hair and I usually have to wash it every day. After I used it, my hair seemed cleaner, there wasn't too much residue, and it didn't weigh my hair down.
My problem with this product is that there is hardly anything in the can. I only used it around my hairline, where it tends to look oily first, so it's not like I was using a ton of it each time. I only got about 6 or 7 uses out of it. I wouldn't bother spending the money on this again; I have gotten similar results from puffing baby powder into my hair and then brushing it out really well. Definitely not worth it again.
First let me describe my hair, because I can only tell you how it worked for me. I have very thick, very dark wavy hair. I can usually go 5-6 days between washing, because of its texture (coarse.)
When our water line broke over the weekend, I was not able to wash my hair, and remembered that I had picked up a sample (1.4 ounce) of this product at Sephora. So I took it out to give it a try.
I really like the smell, and for that alone I'd recommend the product. My hair smells clean and feels fresher. I have read several reviewers say that this product left a dandruff time residue in their hair, and I can only tell you that didn't happen to me. Perhaps this is because I didn't use very much I don't know.
My hair definitely looks and smells cleaner. However, it doesn't really feel all that much cleaner, in the sense I still really feel the urge to scrub my head. But I'm pretty sure this is the case with all dry shampoos they just help you look good so you can put off washing your hair.
In this regard, I do highly recommend this product.
