This is great, the only suggestion is that the outlet for the power cord should be reversed. If outlet was reversed on the holder, then I could use all three.

Product is very well made, solid metal, so it is quite heavy. The outlet is virtually useless because most appliances have the larger connections or 3-prong connections so you can connect one item at best.

I ordered this because I wanted something that would clamp onto the side of a counter. The description says it does. That's not what I received! There's no clamp. Mine came with a huge, bulky plate that you mount on TOP of a countertop with a couple of sticky-back Velcro tabs. It looks horrible.

First off, what I got is not what is described. And second, this thing is heavy...there's NO WAY a couple of 1" pieces of Velcro are holding the weight of both the unit and hair appliances onto a counter.

I am returning immediately.

Too heavy for the counter in the bathroom. Fell off twice with the adhesives that were provided. My husband had to use special adhesive for the countertop.

This blow dryer is fantastic! I noticed a difference in my hair the first time I used it. My hair took less time to dry and no frizzies! Alot cheaper than some other Tourmaline blow dryers (some run as high as $200!) this blow dryer is definitely a great buy. Ok folks, now this is a blow dryer! Small nozzle equals massive blow power. The cool setting is actually cold, the heat setting is actually hot. If this dryer broke down once a month, I'd buy a new one once a month.

I bought this hair dryer from Amazon a few months ago, and I am thinking about buying another one incase this one ever breaks. It is an absolute miracle. I have thick, curly, frizzy, impossible hair and ever since I started using this dryer my hair is so much smoother, and much more resistant to humidity. It works fast and is shockingly quiet. I also bought the matching flat iron with 2 1/4" plates, and it's equally great. Between the two of them I spend half the time on my hair and it looks twice as good. It's a solid dryer. Has 3 heat settings, 3 fan speeds and a cooling button. Came with diffuser and focused attachment. This is a great dryer. Feels comfortable in my hand and not too heavy to reach the awkward back of the head area. Only complaint is it just doesn't spit out the high power of salon-grade appliances. But it's close. And it's quieter than most dryers. You don't feel like you're disturbing people in the next room.

My hair is coarse, healthy, and semi long length. I have been styling my hair about a year, using flat or curling irons. Quickly I learned the curling iron works better for me. After trying out several high end brands of curling irons from different beauty supply web sites, I finally settled with this Chi turbo digital spring curling iron. First one I bought was the 3/4 inch barrel and I am ordering the 1 inch. This iron works great! It will not fry your hair, and clamp is tighth which make it easy to work with. Temperature control can be set so you do not have to worry about burning your hair. First a few times I accidentally turned off the unit due to its awkward position in the handle. I have not done that for a while now; therefore I must have learned how to use this iron. I am very happy with this iron and I recommend highly for coarse hair.

Wasn't crazy about this Chi curling iron so I returned it. It did not heat up enough to be effective on my thick wavy hair. I use curling irons to take out the frizz and this just didn't cut it. It would work better on thinner hair. The buttons were rather flat and would get pressed easily if you held it in the wrong place turning off the iron when you didn't mean to. I use a Chi hair dryer which I love and Chi styling products. But I was also disappointed in the Chi flat iron, which most people seem to rave about. After I returned this I bought a Hot Tools curling iron (for almost half the price) and am thrilled with it.

My hair is drier than before after using this product. It is awful. When you first put it on in the morning it makes your hair feel moisturized but after a few hours you hair will feel like a brillo pad. By the end of the day you hair is drier than it was to begin with. Horrible. This is an awful moisturizer. It is way too thick. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you want your hair to be dry. Anyone who says this is a good product is lying. I will never buy this or anything else from Motions again.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I used this on clean, damp hair prior to blow drying. This lotion is creamy and is meant to be used sparingly. I have shoulder length hair so I used an amount that was less than a dime in circumference. I rubbed it in the palms of my hands and then circulated it through my hair. The end result was unimpressive. My hair seemed a little oily and looked darker. Other than that, it really didn't do much in terms of truly moisturizing my hair and giving it body and/or shine.

Just an observation here, but this product contains mineral oil. I have never had anything except greasy hair when I've used products with mineral oil. This may just be my problem, but if you've had problems with products using mineral oil I'd suggest you not buy this product.

I'm sticking to my daily conditioner that leaves my hair clean, soft, and shiny.

Huge mistake. I rubbed a tiny bit in my still wet hair, then dried and styled as usual. My hair looked like I hadn't showered in weeks. It sort of matched the smell, I guess. It was weighed down by the product and looked oily. It was plain nasty.

It took a couple of showers to get the oil completely out and for my hair to resemble something normal. What a mess. This is the worst hair product I have ever tried.

I have fine hair and already own a Sonia Kashuk paddle brush that has a mixture of boar and nylon bristles, so I figured this brush would work great too. The boar bristles in this brush are great for distributing oils and the nylon bristles are great for grabbing onto my hair (which is thick even though it's fine). I also like that this brush does not cause static flyaways or pull and tug at my hair. This is a great, affordable brush that makes blowouts so much easier.

Important notes: brushes with natural bristles are recommended for all hair types as they do less damage to hair. Also, if you were wondering what size to get, the smaller the diameter of the brush, the more lift and volume it provides.

I've had the same issue with round brushes for years, they all have some type of grip product located on the handle which always grabs a few strands of my hair and proceeds to rip them out which hurts (I have fine hair so any pulled out isn't a good thing). An issue of my InStyle magazine came and this brand of brush was recommended, at the price point it's at it's unbeatable, so I logged onto Amazon, ordered and it was here within a few days. I love that the handle of the brush is all one piece, no rubber grippers, etc. to pull strands out. The boar bristle and nylon mix works fantastic to grab my hair, pull it straight and add shine while doing so. I highly recommend this brush.

This is my one of my favorite round brushes (the others being the Marilyn Ovali and the Marilyn Tuxedo), I have shoulder length, fine straight hair, but lots of it, and I use this brush about every other time I do my hair, and sometimes on its own as it's really fast. Most of the time I use two brushes (can be different ones) at a time (one in my hair, and one styling another part). The Spornette doesn't grip the hair as well as the Marilyn brush, but it does provide a better lift, and I've had my Spornette porcupine (no porcupines used;)for a long time, and haven't lost any bristles. Guess I got lucky.

Mine is VERY sturdy, and very easy to handle. It's a little on the heavy side for such a small brush, but I only paid seven plus dollars for it, and it was well worth it. There are many Youtube blowout videos and quite a few of them set the hair with the brushes as they go along (some use four at a time)...and I've seen them with all sorts of round brushes...metal, boar, porcupine). No matter what brush you choose, for the round brush part, your hair needs to be almost dry. One of my favorite round brushes (the Tuxedo) sat around for years because I didn't know that...my hair was just too damp. You live and learn.

This brush is wonderful for the price point. Used with my new Ionic hair dryer (not expensive, but a good one), my hair looks very shiny and professionally styled even when I only use this brush. It's easy to get that "Just came from the salon look" after you've practiced a while Enjoy!

(#1 REVIEWER)I use this brush to blow dry and style my hair. This brush has all wood handle, it feels comfortable in my hand, and feels solid. The bristles are made out of a mix of boar bristles and nylon bristles. The bristles are relatively stiff, but not as hard as metal bristles of some brushes, and I find it pretty gentle on my scalp. I like that the bristles have no knobs which I found tangle and tag on my hair.

Passing on a tip I got from my hairdresser: she told me to never to brush my hair when it is very wet. It is better to wait a bit until it just slightly damp. When hair is plumped up with water it has an ability to stretch like elastic, but it if you pull it too far it will snap. She told me to use a wide-tooth comb if I need to comb it right out of the shower.

I really like the results I get with this brush, I recommend it!

Been wanting one of these types of dryers for a while, this one works ok for me. Out of the box it looks pretty cheaply made...I almost didn't think it would start, but it did. I use it for deep conditioning and drying my hair with setting lotion. I measured & it comes down about 9 in. in the back and about 8 in. in the front which may not be enough room for large rollers. It has a timer up to 60 min., cool, low, & high heat settings, but the hot is pretty hot and low is pretty low, so if you're looking for something in between this may not be it.

I've had it for about 3 weeks now & I'm happy, but I got it for $49.99 locally which I think is fair for the quality of this dryer. I wouldn't pay $120 though...not for this one at least. If you're going to shell out that kind of cash I'd go on & pay a little extra for a name brand, so definitely shop around. If you live in the DFW area I got mine from Jenny Beauty Supply on Cockrell Hill.

When I contacted the seller they confirmed that Mastex only makes one type of heating cap. I gave this one three stars because I feel that this should never have happened on Amazon. Because I am extremely allergic to the chemicals used in most hair dyes, I use a henna-based, color hair dye instead. Rather than wearing a warm towel around my head for 2-hours, I read that wearing a heat cap would help speed up the setting process. I receive the cap in a timely fashion. It functioned properly. However, the cap was a tight fit for me and it did NOT come all the way down the sides or back of my head. I was terribly disappointed. I was expecting the cap to give me the same type of secure, adjustable fit of a bonnet hair dryer. I did not care for the chin strap at all. I would recommend instead that you purchase either a bonnet hair dryer or the "Belson" jet bonnet hair attachment (matte gold style). Wear one of those thin plastic hair caps (the kind beauty stores sell in a package of 10 bonnets for 99 cents) and set your hair dryer at a low setting. It worked much better for me.

I'm not sure if I purchased a defective product or not. Though the sides and front get hot, the back does not get hot AT ALL. I can feel the coils at the back so I know heat is supposed to be flowing through there. But the cap is completely cold at the back. And the weird shape of this thing makes it difficult to slide it backwards so that some of the heat from the top gets distributed to the back.

As I said, the sides and front heat up quite nicely, so much so that you will need to protect your ears from the heat. I've used this product weekly for a couple of months and I think I will give it away. Time to invest in a counter-top steamer or some such product.

I used this product on virgin hair roots, I tried avoiding the rest of my previously straightened hair. The result on the hair roots are as expected natural but less volume in hair. The spots where the two straighteners met were burned so be careful.

I had this treatment done twice and I really liked the results. I'm African American and have naturally curly kinky hair. I decided to go natural after having a terrible relaxer experience that made half my hair fall out from over processing. I wanted something to tame my frizz and loosen my curl pattern enough so I could straighten my hair with a flat iron easier. It got my hair very smooth and manageable. HOWEVER, this is not a temporary straightener as it claims or as the stylist I went to said either. It's been 6 months since I got the last treatment and my hair appears permanently altered. The portion of my hair with the bio ionic treatment has zero curl pattern and hasn't changed since I got it done. I am super disappointed that my hair will no longer revert back after spending two years growing it back out. I realized that I'm going to have to start the transitioning process ALL OVER again.
