Works excellently! My hair typically takes at least 30 minutes to dry with a standard blow dryer. With the BeLissPRO, it takes less than 15min!I have baby fine hair. After using this hairdryer for several months, I realized it was the hairdryer that was ruining my hair. My hair broke off everywhere and what is left is just super thin shafts and extreme frizz and dryness. It looks and feels like straw and just plain ruined. So unhealthy looking. I did not change shampoo or do anything else differently. I am going to have to cut my hair very short. Worst hairdryer I have ever used. Perhaps just not good for baby fine hair.

I have very fine, medium-thick hair that's wavy and all my life I have been struggling to get it to stay straight without frizzies. My hair is straight after blow drying and using a curling iron to smooth it out, but 20 minutes later my hair doesn't look as smooth anymore. I'd never tried a flat iron before but thought that since I was essentially using a large curling iron to smooth it down in the same manner, maybe a flat iron would be the way to go. Since I'd never had one before I came here and did some extensive research into what type to get. I knew that they could be very expensive and was willing to pay if it was worth it, but luckily came across this item. It was so cheap that I figured if it didn't work well, so be it, I wouldn't be broke because of it and I'd just go buy another. Well, there was no need to worry because this thing works great. My hair has never looked this good in my life. The first time I used it I went out and everyone was asking me, what did you do to your hair, it looks great. Even on a day when it's raining my hair stays straight. It used to be that even a hint of rain or humidity and my hair would start to fuzz up, but no more. And I'm finally getting used to it, where it was taking me what seemed forever to straighten all my hair I now have down to a science and it takes just minutes to do. If you're new to flat irons and thinking of getting one of those ultra expensive models, do yourself a favor and try this one first, you won't be sorry and you'll have saved yourself a ton of money. Oh, and my stylist says that Andis is a very good brand, they have been making professional dog and people grooming tools for a long, long time.
In my experience so far, it heats up quickly and the temp remains consistent. An added bonus is the little green light that lets you know when it's reached proper temp. Note, though, that it does not heat up in 30 seconds as claimed. It may heat up to a heat setting of 2 or 3 in that time, but I use a heat setting of 10 for my hair, and it take about a minute and a half. (Still lightening quick IMO.)
I paid $14 for this, and it would be a good deal at twice the price.

I hate how a lot of reviews on amazon just say I like this or dislike it and not tell much about the features of the product. I will try my best to do that in detail. Basically this was an upgrade from my old flat iron that was also a cheap brand I purchased at Walmart a few years back. It was a vidal sasson and was about 15 bucks give or take and it was 2 inch wide and had two settings on and off. This flat iron is head over heals better than my old one. One thing having the 1" plates make it much easier to use than 2" plates and you can get done in the same amount of time as if you were using a big one. I actually get my hair done faster using this but that has more to do with the heat I think than the size of the plates. On the cover when you get it it says it has 20 different heat settings. I guess you could say it does but its really kind of a stretch to be able to put it on the packaging and make it sound good. The way you change heat settings is with a wheel that goes from 1 to 20 if 5x increments. If it was digital and you could stop at each number and have it heat up accordingly I would say that is 20 heat settings. It is much less precise when you use a wheel and there is no marker to line the numbers up with. Even so the fact you can make it different temperatures does help. I have used it on 15 and 20 and that works well for my thick wavy hair. One thing that a lot of cheap flat irons have is a little piece of plastic right at the base of the plates to keep them from closing together to much. The problem with that is it catches and pulls out hair. This like a lot of expensive flat irons does not have that so I haven't been pulling any hair when I use this like I did with my old one. Another nice features is it has these rubber or silicone pads at the tip so you can hold on to it for a better grip without burning your fingers. The power cord connected to the back is also on a swivel so it does not twist and get all tangled like a lot of irons and hair driers tend to do. Someone on another review said that the green light never stops blinking. There is a red light that stays on when you turn it on and a green that is suppose to turn off after it finishes heating. I put a stop watch next to it and turned it on 20. After 22 min it was still blinking so I don't think that will go off. Im just going to say if you want this to get as hot as it can it will take more than 30 seconds but it works. This leaves my hair as straight as it does when I use really expensive flat irons. It doesn't make my hair frizzy even at the tip which my last iron did. I use a heat protective spray and let it dry before I use this and I have had no problems. My hair will stay straight after using this until I wash it even with a lot of combing, heavy wind, and humidity. Once It actually heats up it doesn't takes me about 1/4 the time it took to do the same thing with my old one. It wills straighten hair with one pull through the first time but I usually pull my hair a few times through it once to straighten and a second or third time to add direction to it. I would recommend anyone try this out before you spend a fortune on a more expensive brand. It is really amazing that you can get one like this for such a low price.Best Deals on Andis Ceramic Clamp Flat Iron
This flat iron also makes great curls! I have long fine hair...and a ton of it. I always run into trouble with regular curling irons...it curls great, then falls within a few hours, even with a lot of product in my hair. I saw flat iron curls a few weeks ago and decided to try it myself. The Andis flat iron was the mid-priced one at a local store. My first attempt at making curls with this flat iron was a great success! It is so simple, and the curls are so full and bouncy...and they are staying in my hair...without product!! If you are looking for a different type of curl...go with this flat iron! I am very happy with this product!Andis 67095 1-Inch Ceramic Clamp Flat IronHonest reviews on Andis Ceramic Clamp Flat Iron
I was searching for a cheap flat iron to store at my boyfriend's house so that I would not have to transport my Solia 1 1/4'' Ceramic Tourmaline back and forth each weekend. I wanted a product that looked similar to my Solia since I was already accustomed to using it. I found this one and purchased it due to high reviews. It arrived the next day (bonus points), even though I received free shipping. At a price a little over $17, this item met all my expectations. Some reviewers on other sites have stated that this Andis is just as good if not better than a $100+ CHI, but I highly doubt that is so. When I opened the product from its plastic case, I could tell right away that the quality was not comparable to my Solia which was ~$85. So if you are able to spend the extra dollars, definitely go for a higher end iron, as it is much worth its price. Anyhoos, as for this specific product, it is able to go up to 375 degrees (as stated on its packaging). However, the heat dial on the iron is not in units of degrees, rather it is on some sort of scale from 0-20. First I set the dial to 15, but felt the heat radiating from it from a foot away, so I truned the dial down to 10. It heated up in about a minute. I have found that I could get my hair straight on the first go if I just went slowly with a small section of hair at a time. I had permed my hair into loose waves last Decemeber, and now that it's grown out a bit, I have found the curls to look a bit awkward and prefer to straighten it when I have the time. For reference, I have thick, Asian hair that is naturally pretty straight (but now chemically permed). I was able to straighten my hair in less than 10 minutes, taking care to straighten the bottom, middle, and top portions separately. I used VO5 Heat Defense spray to protect my hair and let it dry prior to ironing. However, I did not feel that my hair was as smooth or as shiny as when I used my Solia. A couple times while I was ironing with the Andis, I could feel the plates catching a couple hairs and pulling them out (ouch). While this product is a good purchase for $17, I am glad that I will only be using this only the weekends and not everyday.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Andis Ceramic Clamp Flat Iron
It amazes me how much better this flat iron performs than those $100 salon irons. No one should buy a flat iron that doesn't have a temperature control. People with thin hair don't need the kind of heat that people with coarse or really curly hair need. You use too high of a temp, and you're costing yourself split ends, which is extra money on hair treatments and haircuts. This iron has that temp adjustment. Not only that, but it has a little clasp near the cord that will hold it closed during storage something my Revlon iron never had.In my experience so far, it heats up quickly and the temp remains consistent.

I purchased this, and was planning on using it on vacation, but I can't help myself. It is SO easy to figure out, and looks really good! I'm constantly having people compliment me on my hair, and I really like how it looks! It adds all the volume and length without actually growing your hair.
Here are some things I didn't like about it:
1. The hair arrived with one of the clips (the top middle one/most important one) broken. Fortunately, I was able to fix this, by attaching another clip on it, and securing it in place with a bobby pin.
2. The hair tangles easily, and during my lunch break, I like to go home, and comb it out.
3. Some of the hair keeps going throug the piece, have yet to find a solution to this issue.
4. You are supposed to wash this after 5 uses, but I found that only in the directions when the piece arrived. It would have been nice to know that when you got it, as well as the fact that you should probably order a special leave-in-conditioner for synthetic hair. I had no idea, but now I do, so I ordered mine already.
5. I don't know if I just have a small head, or what, but one of the issues I am having is that the piece seems a bit too big for my head. If I wear it too tight, it goes past my hairline, looking awkward. So I opted to wear it just a tad bit looser, and use the hair on top to cover the "line."
Now, with all of that being said, this really is a great extension. I know that all that I wrote up there probably makes it look bad, but it really is great. I have never worn extensions before, and didn't really know what to expect. These are great to wear for a night out, just to spice things up, or to see if a particular hairstyle will look good on you. Whatever you do, do NOT, under any cirumstances straighten, use a curling iron, or any other heat on this piece. I accidentally did this morning, and it just simply burned off. No worries, though-at least it doensn't have that burned hair smell.
I have already ordered another one, as well as the leave in conditioner for synthetic hair. The color magically matched my hair PERFECTLY! I couldn't have asked for a better match! This was on top of the fact that I just took a random guess at my color, and got it as close as I could via the internet. My boss said that as soon as he saw it, he was looking for a line, but couldn't find one. I have had many compliments, and it seems like I'm turning heads quite a bit now that I have them in. Highly recommend, just try to get a close match to your hair!!
Colors are natural, but unless you have highlights they would likely not blend with natural hair.
color is perfect for my hair. It is my biggest beauty secret. Thank you Jessica!!!

VERY natural looking. People who haven't seen me for awhile, think I really have grown my hair that long. The only problem is that the cap and securing is more like a whole head {has the curvature of a full wig, not the lower section}. So unless you place them very high you can get a bulbous area toward the nape of the neck.Colors are natural, but unless you have highlights they would likely not blend with natural hair.

I ordered the Revlon diffuser after deciding to give my hair a 'break' from the flat iron every now and then. My hair is wavy, but not curly. After reading up on products to help hold the curl in, it was apparent a diffuser was step one. My current hair dryer did not have a diffuser and I liked the fact the Revlon diffuser indicated it fit most dryers. I was not disappointed! Some reviewers said the diffuser did not fit properly and that might be true; however, if I didn't put pressure on the diffuser when putting it on the dryer, I would have said the same thing. You really have to push the diffuser on until it snaps and then you can back it off a bit. The only thing I would change about the diffuser is possibly more "fingers" that hold the hair up while drying. Other than that great product at a great price! Oh and I actually end up with "curly" hair!
I'm amending this review. With my daughter's help, I finally got the diffuser to fit my hair dryer. I was afraid to push it on for fear of breaking it, but I did just that and, lo and behold, it fit and stayed in place. I didn't realize that the inside of the diffuser is flexible plastic. So although I can't change the stars that I gave it, I'll just give it 4 stars in this amended statement. The reason I can't give it five stars is because the instruction booklet that comes with it is useless.
Although this diffuser attachment did not fit on my main dryer, it did fit on my backup. The backup dryer had a narrow nozzle that protruded far beyond the base, whereas the other one had a stubby nozzle that was too wide and didn't extend far enough beyond the base to fit the diffuser. Consider your dryer's style before purchasing.

Sorry, but I couldn't get this diffuser to fit any of my three hair dryers, no matter how hard I tried. I guess I'll just have to purchase a separate diffuser. I did purchase this one from dan-d-deals, and they have the best customer service I've had the pleasure to experience with internet shopping so far. If you have the opportunity to buy from them, don't hesitate. No....I don't work for them, and I'm not related to the owner! I'm just a very satisfied customer.I'm amending this review. Amazon does not list a basic measurement for any of the adjustable or "universal" diffusers it has for sale. Some buyers complain that the so-called universal diffuser they bought doesn't fit their blow dryer(s), but the problem is worse than that This diffuser didn't just fail to stay on my blow dryers and wasn't just too tight to put on: its barrel was actually narrower than the barrels of the two major-brand home dryers I have (2 different brands). This problem could easily have been avoided if Amazon would just list a simple measurement for all the diffusers, which I'm sure manufacturers could easily provide. This one only fit on my tiny travel-size (folding) Babyliss dryer, which has a miniature barrel. It's actually a very good diffuser, but it's silly to buy it without knowing how big it is.Honest reviews on Revlon RV480 Professional Ceramic Universal Finger Diffuser

I own a Revlon blow dryer so I thought this Revlon diffuser would fit on it. I had to do a bit of trouble shooting and my own rigging to get it to stay on my dryer. I'm not sure how it's suppose to be a universal fit.Review of Conair Pro CP070RLBX Turbo Plimatic Gold 2000-Watt Professional
