This particular item is not up to my standards. The paddles do not fit flush together so you have to use your second hand to pinch the paddles together so that your hair does not slide out. In doing so, you cannot hold on to the length of hair that you are trying to guide through the paddles. PLUS, this snags or better yet, does not glide through hair, which makes it impossible to have sleek, smooth hair. I have used it three times on (just blown) DRY hair. I did not try it on damp hair as it says can be done. I am going back to my "old faithful" iron. It is not ceramic, but it is easier to work with. I don't know if this particular iron is simply one that "slid through" inspection before hitting the market, but I cannot recommend it.

I have thin hair that is effected by humidity and usually winds up kinking. This is the ONLY straightener I have ever used that actually gets the job done and last the whole day. I would highly recommend this!

I started styling my hair frequently with my straightener because of a new shorter haircut. I expected this product to help my hair not become dry and crackly. However, the product let me down. I did not notice any change in my hair when using the product. In fact, the product reminded me exactly of Thermasilk leave in hair conditioning mist that I purchased as a child. I would not recommend this product to help alleviate hair stress from hot styling tools--blow dryer or flat iron.

Bought it to help with that perfect blow out along with a couple of other blowpro products. While it does soften hair, I have yet to achieve the perfect blow out :( But I will just have to keep trying and searching for that perfect product. Sadly, blow pro isn't it.

This product works very well as a blow dry primer. I suppose it was my mistake, but I thought I would be able to use it as a pre-straightener heat protector as well. It works alright for this purpose, but I even prefer the cheapo drugstore brands for this purpose. It smells incredible, though!

I didn't like this spray, my hair felt weighed down and dull, When I used it as a setting spray it still felt weighed down. I have thick , blonde hai rand I straighten a lot. This product just wasn't for me.

This product protects my hair from the heat of the blow dryer but also gives it body which my hair definitely can use. I have medium length naturally curly hair but is fine. I tryed similar products and they just didn't do what this Blow-Pro product does. Besides all this it has a nice light clean small. I'm not going to have to try any other new products. I've found the one for me.

I ordered these and received them the day before the expected arrival date, so this seller is definitely excellent and I will buy from them again. The product themselves are true to picture. I ordered 4 extensions and hold up true to color, however some of them were thicker than others. The only complaint I really have is that there is some minor breakage in the hair.

I took a chance on this one, and I am pleasantly surprised at how light it is and how quickly it dries my hair! I have fairly thick,frizzy/curly hair which usually takes me 20 minutes to dry, but with the FHI Nano it took about 10-12 minutes. Really pleased with it!

This is the best hair dryer I've ever owned. It unquestionably cuts drying time by at least 1/3 and leaves my hair smoother and shinier than using a standard (cheap) dryer or even air drying. Every other dryer I've used has been from Wal-Mart or a drugstore etc. and they all fried my hair and made it look frizzy. I didn't realize how bad it was until I used this Croc and saw the difference. I blow dry my hair much more often than I did before and I won't ever go back to a regular hair dryer.

These are great extensions for going out for the evening especially a concert when you're going to see a group that is from the 60's-80's, the Rock n' Roll era! Us old school rockers love to try and look a little bit like we did way back when....... lol, some people think they can still pull it off from head to toe and they look a fool!!!! The only suggestion I would give to your company is that when you say it's purple maybe it should be actually be purple and not fushia pink, the blue was blue but the purple was pink!!!!!!

if you are a cosmetologist like me you NEED a GREAT hair dryer! I have yet to come across a GREAT hair dryer! I have had 5 hair dryers in the last 2 years and they have ALL turned to JUNK in about 3-6 months use at my shop! I figured that I would give this dryer a try since it had a 4 year warranty I could return it for a refund if it was the same OLE dryer as the rest.

Boy was I glad I got this dryer! the drying time is cut in half with this dryer and I DO NOT NEED to flat iron the hair after drying to smooth the frizz (oh, did I say frizz? sorry, this dryer does not frizz the hair!). You do not even need to use any frizz control products with this dryer cause the negative ions that this dryer produces really does close down the cuticle and cause a lot less moisture loss and leaves the hair shiny and silky soft! This dryer is a lot quieter than most dryers! I had a client comment "Wow This dryer is really quiet!" I did not even say it was any quieter than any other dryer. I have gotten raving comments and have been asked where I got this dryer! All I can say is I got it from AMAZON!

I really love this dryer LUXURY OR FERRARI just does not begin to describe this work of art! I highly recommend this dryer for ALL the hairstylists!

A long time Elchim user heredidn't think anything was better than the hot heat and forceful blow. Wellthis is better than that! Fastest drying time ever, heat is right on. It is a little heavy, which franklynone of the GOOD dryers are light, so you can't really ding it on that. I have hair to below my shoulder blades, wavy/frizzy, coloredand this makes it ALMOST to the point of no flat iron. Worth the price, just the best dryer ever!

Love the fact that this dryer is a little lighter in weight than the original one that I also have. It does not seem to have the same drying power as the original.. I keep this one in my travel bag for that reason..It is easy on the hair and does not seem to frizz out the hair as some brands seem to do all the time..

It's lighter than some reviewers have said, and I'm comparing it to a similar "professional grade" blow dryer of similar wattage. I have fairly long and extremely curly hair, so I needed something that would get me through a blow dry without taking most of my morning, creating frizz and making my arms tired. This one is compact and strong, and is light enough to get the job done. I also love that I can now tell people I own a Ferrari. Well, it's a blow dryer, but still . . . it's a Ferarri. I think you'll be happy with it if you pick one up. I've been using it for a month, and no complaints. My previous expensive one lasted 5+ years so I hope this one has the same life span.

I first saw this a couple months ago my new hairdresser was using it. It was very quiet, despite the "Ferrari engine" printed on the side! I commented and they were selling them there: $260 for a $400 hairdryer. Seemed like a deal, but a lot for a hairdryer, so I went online and found it here for $162. It's powerful but gentle, I don't smell hair burning like with cheaper hairdryers. The only possible negative you should know is that it's a little heavy, heavier than I'm used to with the $20 cheapo ones from Marshalls, anyway! But I don't care I love it.

I purchased the T3 Tourmaline 83415 Narrow Duality Professional Ionic 1 Inch Ceramic Styling Iron. Within 30 days the Styling Iron quit working. It would just shut off. I thought at first it was an electrical problem with my outlet. But it kept doing it, everytime I used it. It would work for 5 minutes and then shut off. So I called Amazon and let them know. I recieved a different one. I am not sure if it will continue to work or will have the same problem. Amazon took a long time for them to send a postage paid sticker so I could send the old one back. I had to call Amazon several times. When you buy this product from Amazon it says it is brand new. But they have cut off the serial number off this product and the warrenty with the company is no good. If your product quits working, you are screwed. I emailed T3 and they said sometimes companys like this are actually referbished products. Products that stoped working and a person fixes them. It is a better idea to just spend the extra money and buy from a authorized dealer.

Did not come with serial # for product registration/warranty. When I contacted manufacturer, they suggested I return it and purchase directly through them (Tourmaline). While iron gets very hot (410 degrees I have coarse/kinky hair), does not seem to flatten/straighten hair with silkeness/shine that other ionic irons that I have used in the past do. Also generates a rather unpleasant odor.

This is a wonderful product. I used to use L'Oreal's top-of-the-line product, Kerastase (Bain de Force shampoo, and Lait Vital conditioner). Also an amazing product, but at $38 for an 8 oz bottle, it got pretty expensive. I've tried a few different products, but have always gone back to Kerastase. It's the best. Or so I thought.

I freely admit, it was the advertizing for L'Oreal Everstrong that drew me in. I tried the Everstrong Bodify shampoo in combination with the Everstrong Reconstruct conditioner. AMAZING. My hair smelled wonderful (similar to Aveda), but more importantly, it continues to be soft, shiny, and healthy looking after several months of use. I won't say it's BETTER than Kerastase, but I will say that it's every bit as good. And for the price, you can't get any better.

GREAT product, GREAT price.

I have extremely fine and thin hair. This shampoo gave me more body, tamed the fly-away's and left my hair very soft! The scent does seem slightly medicinal...but it doesn't last long. I will definitely be buying more of this product!

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would.

They may not contain sodium laureth sulfate, sodium lauryl sulfate, ammonium lareth sulfate, ammonium lauryl sulfate and myreth sulfate. They do however contain disodium laureth sulfosuccinate, which the Cosmetics Database actually rates as a moderate hazard ingredient because of its potential to carry ethylene oxide and 1,4 dioxane, known toxins and carcinogens. Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate is even worse, since it actually increases absorption levels, and can be contaminated with nitrosamines.

I will never purchase products made by L'Oreal, and do not recommend others buying this product. I suggest, read the ingredients to everything you buy, educate yourself with what they all mean, and make your decision from there.

Didn't think it possible, but this shampoo (used with the matching conditioner) left my baby fine hair even more flyaway and shapeless than before. I gave the product two stars only because it also left my hair extremely shiny. Perhaps this works better on younger hair (I'm 68) but I will be throwing it away and going back to L'Oreal Cleansing Conditioner.
