I ordered this dryer on September 29, 2011 and it worked great until November 10,2011. Now it will only blow cold air. I stepped through their tips of cleaning the filter which did not contain lint, and did a reset on the plug, it still does not work except for a minimal amount of cold air. It is no longer eligible for return, return period expired as of November 1st 2011. So essentially the the return period is only for 30 days. Expensive tool for 40 days of use.

This is great, the only suggestion is that the outlet for the power cord should be reversed. If outlet was reversed on the holder, then I could use all three.

Product is very well made, solid metal, so it is quite heavy. The outlet is virtually useless because most appliances have the larger connections or 3-prong connections so you can connect one item at best.

I ordered this because I wanted something that would clamp onto the side of a counter. The description says it does. That's not what I received! There's no clamp. Mine came with a huge, bulky plate that you mount on TOP of a countertop with a couple of sticky-back Velcro tabs. It looks horrible.

First off, what I got is not what is described. And second, this thing is heavy...there's NO WAY a couple of 1" pieces of Velcro are holding the weight of both the unit and hair appliances onto a counter.

I am returning immediately.

Too heavy for the counter in the bathroom. Fell off twice with the adhesives that were provided. My husband had to use special adhesive for the countertop.

This thing is so great! It was easy to mount to the side of my counter & frees up SOOO much space for me! The appliance holders are good sized so even my larger curling iron fits with space left over! I'll be buying one for my daughters bathroom soon!

This is absolutely worth the money. Like all women, I've gone thru a lot of hairdryers. This is the BEST one I've ever owned!

Pro's: very lightweight; easy to maneuver around, 3 different heat settings (HI, MED LO) and 2 differnt speeds (HI and LO); fits nicely in my hand (I have very small hands); the toggle switches are just the right stiffness and placement I never accidentally turn it off or switch settings anymore; most of all...my hair dries really fast and shiny (I have long hair and I use a bit of thermal styling protection spray).

Con's: hmm...can't really think of anything major. The only con I can think of is the little nozzle attachment that comes with it. The attachment just sits on the end of the dryer, and is not really snug or tight. It sometimes pops off if I have the blower on HI speed and I point the nozzle straight down. The force of the air coming out "blows off" the little thing. but it's really minor.

All in all, I love it!

I love this hairdryer. It is not heavy, and it dries my hair much more quickly than the standard hairdryer brands I have used in the past. The only bad thing about is that the directional nozzle is a piece of junk and falls off all the time. I stopped trying to use the hairdryer with it.

I chemically straighten my hair with Anti Curl and still have to blow it dry to get it straight. This product is fabulous for protecting and smoothing with a blow dryer. It seems just like spraying water on your hair! No smell nor sticky texture (except its color and well... I did not taste of course)

I was kind of skeptical if it would do anything to my hair when I tried first, but luckily I was wrong. This is a magic liquid! If you prefer no scent product I would definitely buy it.

I have been using BC Bonacure Time Restore Satin Spray and was pretty happy with it. However, the texture of this one is much more smoother...as I said, just like water.

I have curly hair that gets super frizzy and I wanted a product that would help but this just didn't do the job. I bought this on a whim because I just NEEDED something to help. I used it when I would get out of the shower and the only thing it seemed to help with is making the hair brush-able instead of taming Medusa.

This product seems to work better when using a really good conditioner but I still don't think it's worth the price.

I have not tested it for traveling yet. I purchased it, because I needed one that would be compact for traveling. It is bigger than I thought it would be, but the fold up handle is nice. It is very durable feeling. I do not like that it is sooo loud. It was suppose to be less noise. I do like the ions feature. It does seem to make my hair shiny and give it more body. Even though it is less heat than my other blow dryer, it blows your hair dry fast and probably with less damage due to the ions.

It works and seems to do quicker/better job than regular dryer. It's not as good as my more expensive full-size, but it gets the job done and is more convenient being smaller/folding handle. It's NOT quiet though!

It has broken twice on me.. the first time it starting spitting out sparks so I sent it back.. they sent me a new one (of course I had to get a temporary one because it took a while to get it back) and now it only works on low, the high is broken.. I'm writing this review while I'm on my vacation in Germany. Let me tell you that the hairdryer is working so well in Germany. What I need was the European adapter since this is a dual voltage one.

My hair is shy because the anti-static ion. I only use the low speed in Germany since the voltage here is 220V (in the US I tried it at high speed).

I highly recommend this product.

I already have a larger ION hair dryer that I've used at home for years, and love. I never liked the non ION dryers I used while traveling because I was used to the fast drying and shine I got from my ION, so bought this one to keep in my carry-on. It works as well as my more expensive dryer with the added convenience of being smaller, and ability to fold up making it even more compact. If I didn't already have my larger home dryer the size and price of this would make it perfect for every day use.

I just returned from a trip to Europe and this curling iron was awesome! Easy to use and it heats up quickly. There's no fussing with dials for 110 or 220 currents--just plug it in (with enclosed adapter plug). It's big enough for good-sized curls, but packs up compactly. Well worth the price.

I originally wanted this curler, but decided to purchase a cheaper straightener/curler combo instead. That item was terrible. I returned it and decided to pay a premium for this product. It heated up quickly, was compact, held a curl, and was very simple to use. I took it on one business trip to date and it worked exceptionally well. It's pricey, but save your time, money and disappointment from buying something cheaper and get this. It's a gem!

Heats quickly and curls well. I probably should have bought the larger barrel but oh well. Very lightweight and folded up nicely. I used it throughout England and Scotland and it worked great! I have my own adapter which I found more functional than the plug provided (it kept falling off it was loose). So, I would bring your own plug adapter. Overall, a great purchase that I will use again in the future for traveling in the UK and mainland Europe.

I purchased this because I live on the road about 10 months out of the year for work. It's hard to travel with everything you need. This product folds down and comes with a carrying case so the cord doesn't get tangled on everything in the luggage. Also for its size it curls my hair easily. I have extremely straight hair and most times will not hold a curl. I get at least 10 hours of curls with this, and more hours of waves.

The only con I have is that there is no temperature setting.

I hesitated about buying such an expensive curling iron for a long time. It is definitely worth it! Heats very quickly and takes up practically no space when it's folded up. I'm especially impressed with the quality of the cord it doesn't twist. In fact, I like it so much that I've started using this as my everyday curling iron. Highly recommend!

I have long dry frizzie hair. I use a lot of hair serum. My hair dressers uses organic highlighting products on my hair and told me about this hairdryer. So I went on line looked at the price said, "wow". Sent her the link, she highly recomended this one which she uses in her salon. It was worth every penny. One day I did not use hair serium, dried my hair as usual in half the time and my hair was frizz free, smooth and so soft. Amazing and unbelievable in the same sentence. I text my friend and told this to her. She said, 'This is why I recommended this brand to you." This hair dryer alleviated a lifetime of hair problems. I was not pleased with my hair/frizz and could not find a hair product to releive all the frizz. Who knew it was the hairdryer's I had been using. She mentioned it is an investment and I will have it for years. I usually purchase a new hairdryer every year. So this actually saved me money with beneficial results. The only down fall was it did not come with the two attachments, it only came with one.

This hair dryer has a great reputation and is used at my salon so I bought it. The one I received had a burning smell. I returned it and bought another one on that one the heat would not go hotter than "warm". It is also very heavy and the opening is very small.
