Shipping was great, thanks amazon you are amazing like always. Not much to say about this straightener. It wouldn't heat up and did not straighten my hair like it is supposed to.Plus, it felt cheap and would pull my hair. I returned it after 2 days.This straightener should not be worth $150 it should be worth at least half of that.

I'm actually rather disappointed with this purchase.

It's clearly a cheap knock-off and not the REAL Ti Creative Styler.

I purchased this to replace my previous one which I had for nearly 4 years, but it'd finally gone kapoot.

It does not heat up nearly as quickly as even my old one before it died. The display screen is dim and crooked in its setting. The leopard print is what tipped me off that it's a fake. They are much smaller spotting than the real deal, which I purchased from Sally's.

I'm not even certain that the plates are titanium as I know this good of a flat iron should take one swipe and have smoothed/straightened the hair completely. This takes several pass-throughs to ensure the hair is straight.

VERY disappointed in my purchase.

I saw this on a YouTube review and thought I'd give it a shot. I found it on amazon for less than half the price it was being sold for on the TI website. Huge plus.

I use this on my own hair as well as my weave, my clip in extensions, and my wigs (synthetic)

It has a setting for every kind of hair. Its also very easy to clean. The plates have not worn out and I'm writting this a year after getting it.

My friend owns a salon where i get to use all of her flat irons such as Babyliss, Chi, ect. I choose to order this one not knowing if it would be as good as the popular irons. I wanted this one because it looked pretty and appeared to have all the features the brand names had to offer. The iron heats up in seconds and is light weight making it easy to hold. The iron itself is also very thin so you can get to the roots of your hair. If you have really long or alot of hair you might want to consider getting a bigger iron since the iron/plates are about 1 inch wide. My hair is mid back length and I have no problem straightening it. This flat iron gets your hair done in one pass instead of having to continuously straighten the same sections. The iron has rounded edges making it easy to flip the ends, without leaving a crease in your hair. There are ventilation holes in the top of the iron that rarely let out steam. The steam is not hot enough to burn you. My hair is medium in thickness, fried, wavy, and awful. But after using this iron it looks amazing. It takes the frizz out, making my hair silky smooth, shiny, and stick straight.Its also pretty resilient since my daughter dropped it on the hardwood floor twice. I've had it for over a year and its still working perfectly. It also looks awesome and i love it.

Well recently I was diagnosed with adult onset eczema which well screw my life but I have had to change out all my products to hypo allergenic but the problem is that they don't make this product specifically for sensitive skin but in reality it does not make my skin breakout so I would recommend it for people with sensitive skin. Also would like to take the time out here to educate u on skin care products, just cuz its expensive doesn't mean its hypoallergenic. kinda like food labels the labels on skin care products, very much the same concept.

I notice that there are several 5 star reviews on here which leads me to believe that somebody is intentionally trying to mislead the public into buying this. It is so obviously not designed for the unusual shape of an Elchim dryer. This product is a piece of plastic with the word Elchim on it just as I am sure the next one produces off this line had Hot Tools printed on it. Do the people that work at Brandstuff write their own reviews? Sure looks like it.

It is true that you can only use the low setting in Europe; however, it seemed as though the low setting was putting out as much air as the high setting usually does here in the US. Also, I only took a small carry-on suitcase to Europe. Because of the fold-down capability, this hairdryer fit perfectly into my carry-on. I would highly recommend this product!

PRODUCT: This product does an incredible job. My bathroom is pretty well stocked with an arsenal of good products (Aveda, MoroccainOil, Kerastase, Pureology, J Beverly Hills, etc.), and my hair (wavy, long, fine but voluminous, and highlighted) vastly prefers Brocato products to these other brands in almost every category. (For those of you who use the above-named competitors and such, you know this is no small feat.) Obviously I hold Brocato products in very high regard, then. This product is no different, and is a personal favorite. I run a few drops through my wet/damp hair (combined with a blip of CurlKarma) and comb/scrunch, then air dry. It helps to make hair shiny, soft, smoother...and quite effectively, I might add. (It does not take long at all to see positive results from this product.) It also smells *incredible*, in my opinion. Please know that this smell is TO DIE FOR, but in something of a unisex type of way. If you want something with a floral scent or what have you, keep on looking. I happen to love the way it smells (yummy!), and consider it a huge plus!

The hair dryer is not as I have expected. I got it yesterday and had all intention to return it. However, after reading the restocking fees and shipping cost I decided it is cheaper to keep it. I will never buy a product without checking it out first.

1. The hair dryer is LOUD. I need to use ear plugs when using it.

2. The instruction is very brief.

3. It is not easy to attach the brushes

4. The dual voltage changes need to use a screwdriver to go inside of the product-too troublesome for me.

I should have got a hair dryer from Sally Supplies paying a little more. The sales clerks were very knowledgeable. Instead, I am buying a pig in a poke and having buyer remorse. My last hair dryer lasted 35 years. I wanted to donate this one out already.

I have very fine hair that tends to fall flat all of the time... I have my hair cut in a fairly short swing bob, which demands some volume to look good. I always use a hair dryer and a flat iron every time I style my hair. When my hair is still wet I add this product just as it instructs to and towel dry my hair until it isn't dripping wet. I then use a round brush and dry my hair in sections to make sure it all gets good and dry. Before when I would do this I would have a static filled flat mess. Now my hair poufs on its own and does not require teasing unless I want a going out look. My hair holds all day, and the heat protection is a great bonus that keeps my hair looking healthy.

I purchased this mousse yesterday, used it this morning and absolutely love it! I had volume galour! I dried my hair 80%, added the mousse, dried with a round brush, holding in place so it held shape of brush all over my head.

Then I put dryer on cool and blew my hair upside down, when I stood up, I had volume like I've never had. I just had more layers put in my hair, and this shows them off. Definitely will keep using. Thanks for a great product!

Three months ago I finished chemo. I have very little hair left and have been searching for anything that would create volume and control in my dandelion hair. This actually works! I just applied a small amount of the mouse on my roots, 1/4 of an egg, then another small amount on the rest of my hair.

I blow dried it and my hair is actually full of volume. I have not styled it yet but this give me such volume I needed to review

I hope I can find some other things that work.

UPDATE 2/10/13

I have found that a little goes a long way. If I use to much I end up with very stiff hair. My can says it has heat activated resins in it, perhaps that is why it gives such volume.

I am still looking for perfect thickener or volumizer however will stick with this til then

First of all, this product lasts forever. I use the same bottle for over 6 months and it doesn't finish, so you really get a bang for your buck with this one.

I am a very hair specific person, so I've tried a million different hair products. My hair is wavy/curly, so it could get annoyed sometimes. This mousse makes my hair manageable. I don't really use it as it is intended, but it works for me.

I put some in my hair after the shower, with serum occasionally for extra shine and to obliterate the potential frizz, and then let it dry. I may flat iron it if i don't feel like leaving the curls, so that's where the "thermal" part comes in handy. This product has protected my hair so well. I have seen no heat damage and I've been using this product for over a year in this manner.

If i leave the mousse as is, with no heat styling, it still looks great. These is some frizz, if the humidity outside get intense, so make sure to use your serums or other anti-frizz products, but besides that the product is great. It provides great volume, when left in, even if i flat iron.
