How could the type of hair dryer you use determine how much frizz your hair produces? I don't know how, but it does. I used one of these in a fancy resort hotel we just visited, and my hair had never looked so good. So I ordered it the minute I got home. It really does make a difference. Shiny, sleek healthy hair.

My old hair dryer quit on me and I had a long and frustrating look for another one. Despite only having 3 reviews I settled on this one mainly because it was the only one in the store with a several heat AND blower settings and was ionic/ceramic. I really wanted a finger diffuser too; that it doesn't come with one is the ONLY downside to this dryer (not worth taking a star off for). Oh and it's purple not maroon. :)
It is LIGHTER than my old dryer, has a STRONGER blower and though doesn't get as hot, drys my hair FASTER!! I timed it this morning and it took about 3 minutes to almost totally dry my hair. PLUS, it dries it from the inside out so when I was done only the top layer was slightly damp (personal preference). I can definitely tell a difference in my hair after only 2 sessions with this thing.
FYI: I have fine straight(ish) waist length hair. Hope this helps!

I ordered this dryer because of the great price and the fact that it was a ceramic dryer. It works extremely well. My stylist commented on how good my hair looked. Prior to owing a ceramic dryer I used a coil dryer that essentially burnt my hair. There are 3 heat settings, a cool button and 3 air speeds. I have used all the settings and speeds. The variety allows me to easily use the dryer on my 4 year old's hair when necessary without her complaining the air is too hot. The dryer dries my hair extremely quickly and leaves it extremely shiny and healthy looking. The only thing that I don't like about it is the weight. The wattage is great, and it does a terrific job drying my hair, but it is a little heavy.I ordered the dryer and had it at my home within a week. I had no issues with shipping or delivery. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

I don't usually leave reviews although I always read many before buying a product so I feel it's time to give my two cents back.My old dryer just died and I couldn't wait for shipping so I picked this dryer up at a local Walmart. This is a great product for the price! It's lightweight which I love since I like to use the heat of the dryer and a round brush to style my hair.
There are two sets of clickable buttons on the handle to include speed settings high, low, and off; temperature settings hot, warm, and cold; and then a cold shot button by itself. I had to get used to the different feel and position of the buttons since I was so used to my old dryer. The buttons felt awkward at first, but now I like that a can click through the settings without having to stop to see what I'm doing.
Other features of this dryer that I like is that the cord is a decent length and there's a removable door at the back so you can clean the lint trap.
Aside from all the nifty features I've listed above, the most important thing to me was how fast it dried my hair. Soaking wet and it still dried my long, thick hair in half the time!! And my hair is frizz free and silky smooth. According to the box this is do to the ceramic coils and ionic technology the put into the product.

I have never written a review in the past, but I depend on them when making purchases so I figured I should give this product a quick review. When my very favorite hair dryer died a year ago I thought I would treat myself to the best hair dryer my budget would allow. I hate drying my hair because (even tough I have fairly thin hair) it always seems to take too long. So when I purchased my $85 hair dryer I figured my enjoyment level would go up. I was SOOO wrong. That stupid thing was way too hot and so loud that my dog and my baby would start to fret every time I used it. It also fried just 1 year after I bought it. So I wanted to go much cheaper with this purchase. I bought this product really doubting that it would be (as previous reviews stated) quieter, less hot, and make your hair shinier. But I just used it for the first time and I am in love! It was all of these things and more (my hair actually dried faster with less heat). I love that it doesn't make me pour sweat and it just seems to give me more control over the hair drying process. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend!

Upon opening this I was concerned that all of my equipmet would not fit in one small bag. I was wrong, it is perfect! I have a blowdryer, 2 curling irons, a flat iron, a curling wand, scissor case (holds 8 scissors), numerous brushes & combs all in this bag with plenty of room to spare. The fact that it is heat resistant is one of my favorite parts. I finish up at work & put my hot irons straight in the bag!!! I have always transported my equipment back & forth from the salon but in a much larger rolling suitcase. This is smaller, less bulky, lighter & very organized. Ive had this blow dryer for about a 1 1/2 and it still works fine. Im not a fan personally: I would like if it weighed a little less, Im a hairdresser and on my feet all day. The cord is short, maybe its a long enough for personal use, not in a salon! It gets the job done, but Ive learned to research a little harder in the future.

I have long, very curly/frizzy hair, and a lot of it. I bought this Nano dryer along with the curling iron Babyliss BABNT150S Nano Titanium Curling Iron and I LOVE THEM!I switched my shampoo Enjoy Sulfate Free Shampoo as well (bottle with a blue star) and my hair has never looked better! I use and LOVE the Fantasia Liquid Mousse Provitamin Wrapping Lotion to blow dry and set my hair. It is the best product I've found for this and I have tried a lot. What I like most is that it leaves your hair extremely silky more than anything else I have found on the market. It provides a nice, soft, but lasting curl and leaves your ends smooth. It has no alcohol so it isn't drying. There's no buildup so you can use it to set your hair every single day and you get a fresh hairstyle just like the moment you stepped out of the salon. It feels smooth and silky to the touch and is very affordable. It is becoming harder to find which I am very sad about. Most Sally's stores used to carry it but the foaming products that seem to have replaced this product are very harsh and leave the hair feeling coarse and stiff. I simply believe this product has not received sufficient promotional work because I'm certain more women would use it.

I am really disappointed buy this "technique to force to do another transaction with them.

It dries my hair, and i have noticed a lot less frizzies and fly-aways since i started using it. The cord is on the short side, i'd say maybe 4-5 feet long when stretched. The color is pretty much exactly as it looks in the picture, definetly pink. The cool air function is very nice to have. It's light weight and fits in my hand very comfortably. It's not too loud. All in all, does what it is supposed to do in a quick and comfortable fashion. I definetly recommend this to anyone willing to dry their hair within a few feet of the outlet they plug it into!

It sure is pretty, setting on my dressing table..but my finished make-up looks quite different when I see myself in a mirror somewhere else throughout the day. When I was on vacation last year in Italy most of the hotel rooms had lighted make-up mirrors. I have been looking for one ever since. This product is similar. It is substantial and beautiful. It casts a pleasing light and it makes putting on make-up easy and the results are flawless. It's a little disturbing at first to magnify a 50 year old face! This is the second lighted mirror I've owned. This one was twice the price of my first mirror and not nearly as nice. The mirror is rather small in size and the light is not as bright as it should be. One needs to be in a very well lit room when using the light. I am simply in LOVE with this hair dryer! It has a very solid, heavy duty, almost industrial feel to it. Actually seems more like a tool you'd use in the garage than a salon product. The 2000 watt AC motor is surprisingly quiet; none of that high pitched whirring sound like on cheaper dryers and an awesome amount of air flows through this thing.
It is a little heavier than the typical store bought models, but that's due to the superior AC motor as opposed to the cheaper DC motors in others. May be a negative for someone with long hair who has to hold it up for a long time, but it's not really that much heavier and I prefer the weight. Besides, an AC motor will last twice as long.
Basically, it's just a well made, sturdy dryer without all the fancy "ionic, ceramic, tourmaline, titanium" claims of other dryers. Personally, I don't really buy all that hype. I've tried ionic dryers and found no real difference. It's the motor, heat settings and product choices that matter in my opinion. Even professionals agree that there is little science behind all these claims and in a study undertaken by the Good Housekeeping Institute, no significant difference in the drying time of ionic and non-ionic hair dryers was found.
This dryer features low and high speed settings and low, medium, high heat settings with a cool shot button. Even the low speed setting pumps out a lot of air. The high speed setting almost blows my hair off! The low heat setting is basically no heat just cool air, medium is warm and high is pretty hot. I prefer just cool air and many other dryers are still too warm on the low setting, so this one is perfect; especially on warm days.
Comes with an attachable concentrator tip that slides over the end and fits very securely. My old dryer (a Remington) had a concentrator that barely clipped on to the end and was always falling off, but this one actually slides over the nozzle and grips on. There's no way this is coming off unless I yank it off. Also has a very long cord, probably around 8 or 9 feet I'd estimate. The color is actually a little darker than in the photos here. More like a brick red and not as shiny, more matte.
This is truly a professional product. Best dryer I've ever owned.

Highly recommended. This dryer feels solid and well built. It is a bit heavier than the typical cheapie dryer. It is also quieter, and has a narrower barrel. (Probably to concentrate/direct the air flow). On medium heat and high speed, dried my super thick hair fast and with a nice result. In the last three years I've never had a problem. The only advice I have is to not use the hottest setting with the highest setting more than a couple times a month--I made that mistake and paid for it dearly with split ends and breaks. However, it is really nice when you are in a hurry--I have thick shoulder length hair and can totally try it in less than 3 minutes with this.
