The quality is very poor. The plates on the straightner are loose. No very happy I love the color but they are too small.great product, I used all three the best money can brought. thanks to amazon and herstyler my hair would look fab

Discount Revlon Style Expert Brush
This might seem a little silly, but it is hard for me to find brushes that I really like. I'm not going to pay more than $10 for a hairbrush, so fancy ones are out for me. I had another Revlon brush for 10+ years, and one day it just broke! I was using the head of the brush without the handle for a while, and decided to get another brush. I purchased another brand and it just didn't do it for me. This one is just like my old one. Unfortunately the balls at the end of the bristles are falling off and getting in my hair and now it hurts to use the brush. Don't buy it.

I never knew such a brush existed. This brush works well in satisfying my expectations (which may be lower than the average person buying it). It was pricey for me but I am glad I made the investment. This brush has saved me on many bad hair days. I like how it helps me sculpt my hair. I am quite impressed with it. This brush is great. The interior dries my hair faster than a typical plastic and has great results with almost no frizz. This hair dryer is poorly constucted. The same day I got it the base broke while assembling, I had a metal base from a previous dryer that I had to use. It was hot enough to dry my hair. I have very coarse, curly hair and I live in humid Seattle. I just got my hair cut a few weeks ago and my stylist used this product on my hair. I was amazed at how easily and quickly it straightened my hair. I had her order me one and it just arrived yesterday. I takes ten to fifteen minutes for me to straighten now where as other straighteners took thirty minutes or more. This is well worth the price and is much better than the more expensive CHI turbo. This flat iron works great! I have been using this iron since it was still called UNIL. I have also used a Chi and this works as good or better than the Chi. I'd fallen into a rut. For the last 10 years, I'd had the same boring bob, but I didn't think that I had many options because my hair is baby fine. So when I got my most recent haircut and the stylist used an Infrashine flat iron on my hair to give it some pizazz, I knew that I had to have one. Upon arriving home, I promptly did a quick search to see who had the best price (Amazon!) and ordered one. My cupboards are full of beauty products that didn't live up to their claims, but this is one purchase I'm glad that I made. I love the 1" size, too. It's perfect for my chin length cut. It works quite well, but one thing I do not like is that there are no rubber "rest knobs" on the handle. When it gets hot (and the iron does heat up), and you want to rest it on the countertop, you really have to be careful that it doesn't mar the surface. I have had other brands that do have these type of rest knobs and they are not only handy, but make for a much safer product.

My hair is also highlighted. I say this because the hairdryer, both on regular operation or in air wave operation is gentle, non frizzing and never too hot.
It does a beautiful job as a regular dryer.
The air wave system is the fun. So far, trying different methods, I have found:

This is an amazing product! You just put a section of hair in the little attachment and move the dryer up/down. Your hair isn't actually wrapping around anything--it just has this tornado effect from the dryer. I shoot it with cold air and after a few minutes I fluff my hair & have beachy hair waves. I love this blowdryer so much. Ive tried everything to get those beachy effortless waves in my hair. I have tried curling irons, straightening irons, 3 barrel wavers, pillow rollers, bendy rollers, braiding, bunning.. This BY FAR does the best job with the least effort. Dry your roots with the concentrator provided then the dry the rest of your hair until it is 85% dry. Then I just section my hair into 8, place them in the barrel for about 30 seconds and it looks great after. It takes me around 10 minutes to do my entire head from stepping out of the shower. The bigger the sections placed in the barrel the looser the waves are. I scrunch them with hair wax after and it lasts all day! By the way, I have pin straight, thick hair that is up to my chest.BEST INVENTION EVER!

I have long, thin, stick-straight hair and I have always envied the beachy wavy hair look that some girls get naturally. I've tried everything in the last 10 years to get this effect: sleeping in sponge curlers, three-pronged curling irons, sleeping in braids, etc, etc. They all either made my hair look crimped, or just didn't hold at all. This dryer is great. It give me that all over mermaid look without looking unnatural like the crimpers do. I had read reviews saying this worked for girls with naturally curly hair and wasn't sure it would work for straight hair, but I'm happy to say that it does! I needed a new hairdryer and this was on special, so I thought why not. I read through all the other reviews to get a feel for how this worked before I tired it out. It actually worked the first time I used it. My hair is almost shoulder length, fine, and thin. I washed and conditioned my hair like usual. I used phomoliant with a drop of anti-frizz serum, mixed them up, and applied evenly throughout my hair. I pulled out my longer side-swept bangs and put them where I wanted them and just let the rest of my hair air dry until it was slightly damp. I did not section off my hair. I have no patience or coordination for that type of thing. I did lift the upper layers and put them over the top of my head as I dried 1-2 inch sections with the wave attachment. I used it on the hot setting for about a minute and then I used a cold blast for a few seconds. I did the sides and top of my hair first. Then I moved to the back of my hair, which i found to be more complicated because I could not see it. I started at the top and worked my way down. I used a mirror to make sure I got the entire back of my head. I noticed that some my hair was in longer wavy strands and some of it was in little bun like curls. I am not sure why it was so random. It could have been the angle of the dryer? I left my hair like this while I got dressed. Then I ran my fingers through my hair. Wow! Did I have the most amazing waves and body ever! Nothing ever curls my hair, but this did it for me. The smaller the sections, the curlier the hair. The larger the sections, the wavier the hair. It was surprisingly easy to use and didn't take much longer than a regular blow dry. It was certainly much quicker than drying and using a curling iron. I recommend this tool for anyone that is not talented with using hair tools and has a hard time getting their hair to curl. My waves last three days at a time!

My hairdryer needed a home in my tiny bathroom, and when I saw this holder, I knew the size and storage space would be perfect... in theory. My hairdryer is very similar in shape to the one in the picture. The coils that hold the nozzle are shipped compressed in a thick plastic band. Be careful removing it as the coils are held under duress. Once released, you need to stretch them out a bit in order to really hold the hairdryer as designed. This is not easy. I first installed it without doing that and my hairdryer barely wanted to stay in it. It would swing in the coils every time I opened the cabinet door to the point of falling out if I didn't catch it in time. You also need to secure the power cord of your hairdryer to the body of the handle so it doesn't hang. My hairdryer actually has a retractable cord but the plug hanging at the end would cause an imbalance for the nozzle and helped it to fall out of the coils. Once I got the plug to stay on the handle and stretched out the coils, the hairdryer finally stays still when I open the cabinet door.

When I need to reposition a round brush while drying my hair, I lay the running hairdryer on my counter. As a result, anything lightweight blows away. This Holder Caddy is the perfect solution. I hang it on the side of a drawer, so I can quickly slip my hairdryer into it when I need both hands. When finished with my hair, I put it in a drawer until the next time. First of all let me say that my hairdryer is 2.25 inches across and this fit snugly after I made some adjustments. There are fins on the interior diameter of the diffuser that I had to cut off to get it to fit my hairdryer. The fins were probably another quarter inch wide so it probably fits 2 inches to 2.25 inches. Once it was stretched on there it stayed on with no problem and was easy to remove for storage afterwards. The soft body and ability to collapse the diffuser is a really great space saver. I can easily cram it in the drawer with my hairdryers and curling irons, etc.
Also I was skeptical when I opened the box and saw the short fingers on the minimal looking diffuser, but it worked just like my old one used to that had longer fingers and a hard plastic shell.
I have bi-textural hair, meaning it can go straight or curly, but to achieve either it needs help.The natural state of my hair is kind of wavy and frizzy. I have no idea what this diffuser will do for others, but chances are if you have used a regular diffuser before you will be able to get the same results with this one.
The only thing I don't like is that it cost $17.00. For $2.00 more I could have just bought a new hair dryer that comes with a diffuser. When my old dryer died, and was replaced with a new one with a ceramic heater and grill, the diffuser made by the same manufacturer effectively prevented it from drying my hair. This diffuser appeared to eliminate all the shortcomings of the other one, so I decided to order it. It's perfect! It does not obstruct airflow, but even my superfine hair doesn't blow around because the posts hold it in the bowl, and the infra-red heat is unobstructed. My arm doesn't feel like it's going to fall off, and my hair is dry. What a concept! It's also a pretty colour, extremely lightweight, and folds down flat.

This product works great; I have fine, oily hair and I usually have to wash it every day. After I used it, my hair seemed cleaner, there wasn't too much residue, and it didn't weigh my hair down.
My problem with this product is that there is hardly anything in the can. I only used it around my hairline, where it tends to look oily first, so it's not like I was using a ton of it each time. I only got about 6 or 7 uses out of it. I wouldn't bother spending the money on this again; I have gotten similar results from puffing baby powder into my hair and then brushing it out really well. Definitely not worth it again.

I really like the smell, and for that alone I'd recommend the product. My hair smells clean and feels fresher. I have read several reviewers say that this product left a dandruff time residue in their hair, and I can only tell you that didn't happen to me. Perhaps this is because I didn't use very much I don't know.
My hair definitely looks and smells cleaner. However, it doesn't really feel all that much cleaner, in the sense I still really feel the urge to scrub my head. But I'm pretty sure this is the case with all dry shampoos they just help you look good so you can put off washing your hair.
In this regard, I do highly recommend this product.

I have dark hair & aerosols seem to work better because it's not that horrible white powder. I've used others in the past & know to make sure to shake it, run the cap under warm water, etc to prevent clogging. This can clogged after just 1 use. I did everything possible, even removing the cap as a last ditch effort to unclog the cap, and nothing. The one use I did get wasn't great either. I've used better dry shampoos. I'll never buy this again!

Cheap Velecta Paramount Professional Super-Lightweight Hair Dryer
A friend (who is also a professional hair stylist) recommended this model to my wife. My wife loved hers so much that she bought one for her mother. From my perspective (the husband!) the only real problems that I have seen with it after 3+ years of use are that the cord gets twisted and that the rear fan cover broke when my wife dropped it on a tile floor. Would have been 5 stars if the manufacturer offered replacement parts directly from their website. Overall, a great hair dryer!

I am a professional hair dresser. I have been using this dryer for 4 years( I am on my second one). I love how light it is and its powerful motor. It is not whisper quiet, but it is not the loudest thing out there either.It has a super long cord that lets me get all around the chair. I highly recommend this dryer for the pros.

4 years ago, I was dating a woman that had to lug a huge bag of things with her everytime she came to spend the night. So, I wanted to help, I bought this direct wire hair dryer so she didn't have to keep bringing hers...........this thing is perfect, I installed it within minutes...........in fact, after washing her dog in the bathtub, we used this hair dryer to help dry her dog. My only complaint/suggestion, is that it have a cooling feature in addition to the heating.
