This item was just okay. Color shipped was not colored shown. Doesn't make doing your hair any easier. Must be careful not to pinch your fingers.

Cheap Wigo ION Ceramic Hair Dryer-1875 Watts (WG5114)

This is without a doubt, the BEST blow dryer I have ever owned. Let me start by saying I both color and highlight my hair. My hair is also long, so I have always had to worry about blow dryers and other styling tools further damaging my hair.

I have used the plain, old ION based dryers in the past, and they worked just fine. When it came to buying a new blow dryer, I decided to take a risk and purchase this dryer, which not only has the ION producing capability (dries hair faster/less damaging), but also has a ceramic component to it. The ceramic allows you to use less heat to dry your hair (the product box says ceramic allows your hair to dry from the inside out/less time needed/less damage). My hair has never felt so silky, smooth (absolutely no fly-aways or frizz), super shiny and healthy looking. I am in awe over a blow dryer (yes, I know how bad that sounds, but, hey.... I am a bit of a hair fanatic).

I highly recommend this product. It is 100% better than my previous ION only blow dryers. If this works this well on my abused hair.... it will work wonders for you too! Good luck!

Yes, there are so many ceramic ion dryers out there, but this is the only one out there that allows you infinite heat and air speeds! I was wondering when someone would figure it out that having only 2 or 3 settings to choose from is not the best for everyone.

I have damaged my scalp from a bad color job. Heat is not a good thing to apply to it, however I have to blow dry my hair or it just looks like crap. This dryer allows me to set a lukewarm type of setting at a very low speed, which does not irritate my very sensitive scalp!

It's a bit on the heavy side is the only drawback I can see, but it is so worth it. I'd think this would cost as much as the Chi or the T2 that are over $100 as it does the same thing and offers much more versatility, so I'm very greatful that the price is very reasonable for what you get!!

Although the dryer is definitely heavier than a standard issue dryer from the drug store, it does dry my very thick hair quickly.

But its best feature is that it really does reduce frizz. Not completely, but enough to make it well worth the purchase price on Amazon.

This is my 3rd Wigo. Bargain hairdryers last a year and then die. Wigos last so long that I can't remember when I got my last one. Long cord easily reaches everywhere. Only dislike--settings do have a memory--but have to be reset every time you unplug hairdryer--which for me is every day.

This is my favorite hair dryer I've ever owned. I bought my first one in 2005. This purchase was a replacement because mine stopped working after 6 years. It has digital heat and speed settings, you have more options than you ever thought possible, not the standard 6. I've had to use other hair dryers and they are always too hot and the speeds are too fast, fry and frizz your hair. I can dry my curly hair every day without frying and frizzing it. It's a must have for curly hair. It is also quieter than most hair dryers which is wonderful because loud noises bother me.

The concept of this brush is pretty cool (the barrel absorbing blow dryer heat, thus curling the hair), and it actually works, I got perfect curls. However, what was more the case was my hair getting tangled in the brush and it was painful trying to get it out. I think if the brush was re-worked with different bristles, (that didn't grab the hair so tight) it would be a vast improvement.

I only bought this as a back up when I don't use or don't have access to my heated hot brush. I rarely use the brush, but when I do, I'm satisfied. It catches my hair and pulls it too hard sometimes, but I knew that would happen when I bought the brush.

I bought this to combat dew on my telescope. I had been using a real hair dryer in my backyard where I have 120v power. When I head out to my dark site, I have no AC power, so this little guy was going to fill in. I have to say I am fairly dissapointed. I didnt expect 120V level of heat, but this thing barely warms up at all. It moves plenty of air, but it isn't really hot enough for removing dew, much less drying hair.

bought this product for drying my bangs, works fine for that but not well enough to dry thick or long hair.the cool setting blows at a much higher velocity than the heated selection.

I bought this for use getting rid of dew on my 8" SCT. It does great for that. What is also handy is that it works off my 12v battery pack. I don't know how well it would work to defrost a window though.

In the past I was only able to buy this Hair Dryer from a Japanese beautician.

I have fine hair and find this is the tool to give me the straight look that I desire.

I am sure it works well for thicker hair too. The brush attachment makes it much

easier to use than using a round brush in one hand a hair dryer in the other.

I have replaced my old ones for a newer version for years because I have not

found a better product yet.

The idea is great. I also like the fact that the wind is not blowing too violently. But it is too hot and it scorches my hair. It has to be returned. I might try a regular Japanese hairdryer instead.
