I have already filled out a review, the wheels that were sent with the rolling Trolley are different then on the picture, it was damanged in the back along with being unbalanced. Not happy, when filled out form I have to pay for the big item to be shipped back and then returned to me. Not a good way to handle business at all.

While on a trip recently the hotel I stayed in had this mirror in the bathroom. I fell in love with it and wrote down the brand name and model # and came home and searched online. I purchased it and I am so happy I did. There are a lot of these types of mirrors but in my experience they are far too flimsy. This one is very sturdy and stays where you adjust it to. It also hugs the wall well enough when not in use that it is not in the way. I just love having a mirror to put makeup on and do a little tweezing and I don't have to bend over or arch my neck forward to see--it pulls right up to me and I hung it at just the perfect height for me--it has made my life much easier--and my makeup application so much faster. I have no complaints at all.

these are probably the worst extensions i've ever paid for. total waste of money, dont look or feel anything like real human hair--in fact it feels more like barbie doll hair. they're always tangled and a pain in the butt to wear.

I just received my flat iron yesterday and I was so excited to use it; I placed the order on Monday and recieved on a Wednesday. I have bought the CHI which was the most disappointing thing ive ever bought, not to mention it leaves your hair feeling dry. I am African American & my hair type is extremely thick/coarse/medium length. I literally did one swipe on a piece of hair and it was sooooooo straight . I believe I had my settings on 25 which suprisingly is not the hottest. These plates do get very hot and it leaves your hair feeling soft & silky. I did not use the free oil they give you nor did I put any grease to help it straighten, this was 100% the straigtner. I am more than satisifed that i can go on! You will not be dissappointed. .

I am a hair dresser, and I found this wonderful flat iron by accident. My old flat iron was broken that day and I needed a new one asap so I stopped by at the nearest supply store and they didn't have the one I used before. OK, so first of all, the prime shipped it next day and the price is awesome! Next, I have been natural for 2 years (had the big chop) and my hair loves to revert to its teenie tiny spiral curls at even the slightest blow of wind. I have been flat ironing (several passes) and then using the old fashioned pressing comb (I know right!) to get my hair sort of straightened, however, it puffs soooo easy. This morning I get up and my hair was in a puffy state. This Iron Is Awesome!!! It took only one pass each section of hair to get it straight and another pass to curl it. The wind/humidity did not make it puffy on the way to work!! My hair is sooo shiny and straight! i thought this worked amazingly for my hair type. i have dry, frizzy, thick hair and its styled in a short bob. it has heat adjusting levels from 1 to 24 (being 450 degrees) i think. and i only have to put it on level 15 to straighten my hair! it leaves it feeling shiny, silky, and smooth. I love it! level 24 was way too hot for my hair so Im sure people with coarse or really curly hair would have no problem getting it straight with this. however, i do recommend getting the argan repair shampoo and conditioner with the repair mask before you straighten because it worked so well! if you are someone with frizzy or dry hair it is PERFECT! I bought this after using a very expensive Sedu flat iron for the past 5 years. The Sedu worked great however over time it started to loose its heating element so I was searching for a replacement. A friend of mine bought this one and raved about it-after trying hers I was sold! Not only was it a quarter of the price my Sedu was-it works just as well-if not better!!

I bought my Babyliss Pro Nano Titanium Torino hair dryer in September of 2011. This is my second dryer in four years. It is a fabulous dryer and dries my hair quickly leaving it shiny. However, after two years of using it maybe four days a week, for 20 minutes at a time, it just up and quit working. I would think that a dryer that is this expensive (would be if not bought on Amazon) would last longer than two years at minimal useage. I am now wondering if this dryer is actually made by Conair as stated on the box but is actually a knockoff? I have read reviews on Amazon on other products (the Otterbox for cell phones) and people researched their defective items and found out that Amazon is selling knockoffs (maybe unintentionally, but still). This type a hair dryer is a must have. Don't waste money on the cheaper models. I'm 50+ and never knew my coarse moderately wavy hair could settle down after a shampoo. The thing is, is it closes up the hair cuticle and smoothes each and every hair. My hair dries in approx 1/3 the time, AND my daughter (who I bought one for too) swears her hair is much less oily, and stays clean feeling longer, and I have to say I agree. With care, and avoiding dropping it, it should last years. But if it does crater, I will buy another one. Following first use I was inclined to return this. It is quite heavy, and it only has high and low speed settings. As with other high wattage dryers that have only high and low speed settings, the high is too high and the low is too low to be useful. It really needs an in-between speed. The other thing that really bugged me is the cold shot. All other blow dryers I have used have a cold shot that you hold down and release when you are done. This one is a toggle button. Push it once and it is cold, push again and it is hot. There is no indication of whether it is on hot or cold. You have to recognize the motor sound or apply it to your skin for a few seconds to know what mode it's in. I wish there was a light or a switch so that you knew what mode it was in. However, after using this for a couple months, I am liking it more.Among the things I really like are that it seems to be really well built, heavy duty cord, nice switches which don't accidentally turn off when you touch them, it has a strong motor, gets really hot, and it really dries fast. Faster than any other blow dryer I have tried and I have tried other high end ceramic dryers. The high speed takes some getting used to for styling, but once you have it, it is really quick. Also, probably the most amazing feature is this rubber bumper on the side so when you lay down the blow dryer, it is cushoned and it doesn't blow itself away. What a great feature! All blow dryers should have this!! Also, a very easy to change filter, just twist and it falls open. No popping it off. Although I would say that it was difficult to figure out what to do here and I tried popping it off and almost broke it before I figured it out.
Although I like it and am keeping it, I am giving this a 3 because of the usability things I mentioned above. Also there is no cable management and the cable is pretty long I had expected a velcro strap at least. Another ceramic blow dryer (Bespoke T3) product I used left my hair softer and shinier. This one dries quicker, and seems much better built, but I don't see the effect of the ionic and tourmaline as much as with the other product. So this is a definite trade off. But the Bespoke model consistently broke down after a year and I am hopeful this one will last.

I did love this dryer, but I have only had it for 4 months and the other night I went to dry my hair and it started smoking and smelled like the wires were burning. I had to shut it off before it caught fire. I am hoping for that amount of money that I will be able to get a refund or a new dryer that will hopefully last longer than 4 months! I had and FHI before for many years and it finally died. I replaced it with a less expensive hair dryer from Hot Tools which was very disappointing after using and FHI for so many years. I'm so glad to have an FHI back. It really does make a difference in the drying time, and also the texture of your hair after you blow dry it. I love the features! Like another reviewer, I like the fact that there are rubber knobs on each side, so when you place it on your bathroom vanity while its running, it does not blow itself off onto the floor. Additionally, the cord it very long and does not tangle easily. Furthermore, unlike another reviewer, I actually like the fact that the cold button stays down until you press it again to release it. I don't like hair dryers that have a button that you must hold with your thumb to either keep the dryer going, or else to keep the cold air coming out. I can't think of anything I would like to improve on this dryer. It was just a little heavier than I expected, but I think that's because the motor is so powerful in this dryer. It's no bother. I would highly recommend this dryer to anyone that would like professional results! Some of the other reviewers said it gets too hot and that's true. That is exactly what I like about this hair dryer. You can achieve a sleek salon blow out. I'm a professional hairstylist and I love this blow dryer! Not sure I would recommend it to the average person for everyday use though, too hot (unless you have coarse thick frizzy hair). But for me it's one if not THE BEST one out there!

I will never be without this hairspray. It adds texture and you can brush through it the next day and restyle without any build up or problems. i have used this brush for years and had two of them one broke tried to buy a new one from my beauty supply store brought it home and saw that half the brush was these fake vinly "polypin" crappy things that pull and break your hair the same brush with all boar bristles was perfect this is probably a cheaper way to make it but itis awful and damages your hair.
