This deal seemed too good to be true! And It was. My mistake was that I never measured this hair before making tracks. Never really had issues here with other brands. The hair was labeled 18", which is what I paid for, but in reality it was only 16" adding only about 2 inches of length to my natural hair. I contacted the seller, and after a few weeks of not hearing back. Unfortunately I must leave negative feedback. Quality of the hair is good. But I will go back to Black Diamond next time.

I purchased the bobbi boss about a month ago and its held up spectacular. You literally just have to treat it as you would treat if you have naturally curly hair. I sleep without a scarf and its gets wild after running around all day, but a little water an some mousse and its back to luxurious curls. Its really soft and easy to straighten. This is a good, forceful hair dryer and I benefit from having the different temperature controls (cool, medium and hot). I have fine hair but lots of it so this helps me get my hair dry quicker without frying it. It feels well made. My only complaint (besides the high price) is the nozzle. I feel like the company goofed and made this model dryer but didn't invest in making a tailor-made nozzle for it and used one from one of their other models. It simply doesn't fit so it flies off at least every third time I use the dryer. I imagine I'll soon have to hold the nozzle on with electrical tape in order for it to stay on. Because of that feature, I wouldn't buy this dryer again but if you happen to get a unit whose nozzle does fit, I think you'll be happy with this hair dryer. It does take some getting used to the force of it all though.

when i first started straightening my hair i loved how my hair was always shiny and manageable...but i was also scared off getting it dry with split ends. so i went to the store and decided to look for a heat protection cream so i came upon this one and i liked the fact that you apply it on wet hair so it protects you from both the heat of the blow dryer and straightener. I've been using this for a while as a pre-blow dry serum. It seems to do a nice job in terms of reducing frizz and keeping my hair from getting dried out. However, if you put too much near the crown of the head, your hair will end up greasy and oily looking on top so just use caution in that area.

I'm not unhappy with this product, but I may shop around a little before purchasing again.

I don't know how on earth I lived without this stuff. I've used so many gels, sprays and other wrap solutions that just don't work over the years. I've been wearing my hair like this since I was 14 in 2004, so that's a lot of useless product. I found Jane Carter when Target started selling natural hair products, and discontinued that for some reason. FYI, my hair is medium length and super-kinky. I love it because it makes my hair soft and shiny with minimal flaking, dries quickly and smells just charming. The hold is just right too, so I can go about three days before I wrap my hair again. I've found that every product flakes at least a bit, so I know when it does, it's just time to wash my hair. I can't say enough about this product!

I have very kinky, coily, natural hair (4B/C) and I've stayed away from roller sets in the past because my hair would come out frizzy, crunchy, or dry. I got this in a sample pack from Target and decided to give it a go. I am amazed at how well my hair turned out. I used it on damp hair with satin-covered sponge rollers, and let it dry overnight. This product made my hair very smooth and shiny, which is normally hard for me to achieve. It left my hair very soft but still had enough hold for my curls to last for days. No flakes, no crunch, no drying out my hair. I would normally have to blow out my hair, then roll it to achieve this look. Needless to say I'm very impressed and I'll be wearing roller sets more often.

I have 4a/3 hair. Since I've become natural I've retired Lottabody and replace it with JC Solution. This is my go to product whenever I want to rock a set. JC Solution provides hair with a great shine and great hold. LOVE IT

I normallly have frizz! Even though I moisturize, moisturize, moisturize, I tend to have frizz. I have tried other foaming wraps, and the hold has been great, but the frizziness of my hair always breaks through. Not so with this stuff! I really like this, and will continue to use it. I used this for a rollerset and my hair came out shiny, beautiful, and full of life! I am able to maintain a rollerset for 4-5 days by applying pin curls each night. I also used to when I straightened my hair, and I still had the same frizz free fabulous results! BTW, I am an African American woman with 4A kinky curly hair.

Buyer beware. This model seems to die an early death. Mine expired after 7 months of use. Basically it worked fine until one day the air output became very low and the machine began to heat up and emit a burning odor. Manufacturer wants you to pay $15.00 S & H along with footing the bill to ship it to them. Save your money and seek out another more established brand.

Before last week, I would have given this hair dryer 4 stars (my only complaint being that it came only with a concentrator and not a diffuser). I've had hair dryers that have lasted for years. I have one at my parents house that I've been using for 10 years with no issue. I've had this for 9 months... and all of a sudden this week, I noticed that the air output was much less than normal. I stopped using it, reset the cord and hoped that it would be better the next day. Not only was it not better, but while trying (mostly unsuccessfully) to get my wavy hair dry enough to use my straightener, it just petered out. Very unfortunate.

Looks like I'm going back to Conair.

I have not tested it for traveling yet. I purchased it, because I needed one that would be compact for traveling. It is bigger than I thought it would be, but the fold up handle is nice. It is very durable feeling. I do not like that it is sooo loud. It was suppose to be less noise. I do like the ions feature. It does seem to make my hair shiny and give it more body. Even though it is less heat than my other blow dryer, it blows your hair dry fast and probably with less damage due to the ions.

It works and seems to do quicker/better job than regular dryer. It's not as good as my more expensive full-size, but it gets the job done and is more convenient being smaller/folding handle. It's NOT quiet though!

My hair is shy because the anti-static ion. I only use the low speed in Germany since the voltage here is 220V (in the US I tried it at high speed).

I highly recommend this product.

I never liked the non ION dryers I used while traveling because I was used to the fast drying and shine I got from my ION, so bought this one to keep in my carry-on. Hi, this is Terry's wife. I ordered the makeup brushes, which arrived yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of brushes in the set. It has a mascara wand, an eye shadow sponge, a small brush with a cover that you could carry in your purse or makeup bag... there are more brushes here than I could possibly use!

I tried the big powder brush and the bristles are incredibly soft. I won't have any excuse to forget my blusher now! I then tried the smallest brush and it worked beautifully for lining my lower lids with eye shadow. If I forgot my eye liner pencil, I could do that and still have a nice looking result.

I thought the case was made of fabric, but it's actually a nice thick vinyl that will wipe clean easily if I spill makeup on it. This is a very complete set of makeup brushes and I look forward to using them for years to come!

I bought this for the intent to use when I travel (the 15x was the selling point). I do agree with other reviewers that it needs a protective case, but if you're crafty it's not too hard to sew one up with leftover fabric, much less go out to someplace like Target and buy a generic camera case. When travelling, I have placed it atop the stack of phonebooks one finds in their hotel room. If not then be prepared to lean in a little. For the price I'd say it does its job and the manufacture chose quality materials putting this together. Aside from the inclusion of a protective case with this purchase, the next thing I'd improve would be the height it unfolds out to. Otherwise, if you don't mind angling the mirror up it works fine as is.

This also works well with their 10x tabletop mirror. You can hang this from the top rim of the tabletop model to add additional magnification and height.

You'll want more than one of these.

These mirrors are great. The sturdy folding frame allows easy, compact storage opened it sits without tipping over.

The 15x magnification is a real plus as it allows you to clearly see those pesky little what-nots and whatevers from your face when needed and you can get that eyeliner on in a clean, smooth line easily.

The non-magnifying side is clear with no distortion.

I received my first one as a gift and after using it a few times and loving it, bought one for 3 of my friends.

15x magnification can be a bit overwhelming if you are not used to seeing your face that up close and personal, but this is a tweezers girls dream mirror! You can see everything! And, the mirror is a nice size, looks good on your tabletop, nightstand, or bathroom counter top... although, I probably would have bought the rubbed bronze one if I had saw that one first I am quite satisfied with this purchase. If you are like me and like to see what's really going on with those eyebrows or with your pores, this is the option to get.

i saw the ad for this on TV and wanted the smooth, silky hair, salon blowout that was shown on TV. it did not work for me. the hair dryer is heavier than my old hair dryer. the cool button did not work (that is why i returned it back for a refund) and it did not dry my hair any faster than with the hair dryer that i originally have. my hair ended up being more frizzy and unmanagable than when i use my old hair dryer. i will stick with air drying my hair and blowing it out if needed.

it is not worth the $100.00+++ that i spent on it. Glad i was able to return it to Amazon.

It's super light, it looks jazzy, it's relatively quiet. All good points to have in a hair extension salon...we blow dry a LOT of very THICK and LONG hair. Downside: it's a bit slow because it doesn't seem to have a very strong motor. I've had one break after a year also.
