I finally splurged on this... Great Dryer! Dries in less time and my hair is noticeably smoother. No flyaways or frizz. This is the blow dryer my stylist uses. Now I know why I could never get my hair to look the way it does after she blows it out. Worth the money!

I bought this flat iron yesterday from Ulta, and I couldn't be happier. I have very thick, curly, kinky hair, so I deperately needed something salon-quality that would help to condition it. So far, this has been a huge success. It heats up in about 1 minute, and it works exactly like my stylist's. The amount of heat is amazing, and supposedly it will work to steam-dry your hair at the same time so you don't have to blow dry it, but I haven't done that yet. Plus, someone at Ulta told me that still may not be too healthy to do. But at least it's a possibility. My hair is silky smooth, just like when I return from the salon. I really couldn't ask for anything better in a flat iron. It's also nice to know it comes with a 1yr guarantee, that the iron itself is just beautiful (much prettier than the picture here), and that it's for a good cause.

I purchased this flat iron almost two years ago from Ulta and I love it. I use it every single day and have never had any problems out of it. My hair is thick, but super fine and many other flat irons do not work for my hair. It heats up super quick, stays hot, great for curling, the cord is nice, and the plates are very high quality. This is a GREAT FLAT IRON, you won't be disappointed!I have very thick non-chemical treated hair and when I use this multi-functional iron it never disappoints! I felt it was pricey but if you compare with other styling brands it is well worth it.

I ordered this item from Amazon about two months ago, the first hairdryer stopped heating within the first two days I had it. Amazon graciously replaced the defective item, and the new hairdryer stopped heating within six weeks. My replacement window through Amazon has run out, and I am now contacting the manufacturer to attempt to have item replaced. I had read wonderful reviews of this hairdryer, and it was excellent for as long as it worked. It left my hair soft and shiney, in half of the time of my older (less expensive) model. The price of this item led me to believe it would be a good investment, however that does not seem to be the case.

I didn't realize what a difference a good hair dryer could make when styling your hair until I picked this little gem up!!! My hair is thick, and curly and requires quite a bit of work which is why this blow dryer has changed my life! There are so many different settings that anyone could easily use it and get the results they want.
Compared to the $20-30 dryer I use to own, this one has easily cut down my drying time in half.
It's nice that it also comes with concentrator. The reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish it also came with a diffuser...or at least information on which brand of diffusers are compatible with the nozzle because in the research I have done it doesn't appear that Rusk sells diffusers. Anyone with curly hair understands the value of a diffuser :)

I got this dryer on sale for $79 at Ulta, and it may be the best $79 I ever spent. It cuts my drying time in half. The heat is very hot, so I turned it down from the high setting. I have long thick hair, so thats the first time Ive ever done that. I love this thing! Love this blowdryer! I have long hair, I like to wear my hair straight which normally can take approx. 45 minutes to do, by buying this product it cut my time in half! Also, its not extremely loud which is a plus! I wouldnt buy another dryer!

I've had one of these for quite awhile and I use it for blow drying cattle while preparing for cattle shows. These are quite powerful and they work quickly. They are very sturdy as well.

Herstyler Classic Forever Ceramic Flat Iron Review
Overall this flat iron is pretty good. My hair is smooth and shiny. It pulls on the ends of my hair if I'm not careful though. The thing I HATE about it is the hard as a rock handle with the weird design in it. It's giving me a callus on my thumb! It hurts and it's not cute! So, I think the handle needs improvement for sure! I would recommend, but maybe wear a glove when using!
I walked by a kiosk where people were demonstrating this product and was very impressed. They let me use the straightener to prove they didn't have a "magic method", and it worked very well on my hair. I was unwilling to pay the $120 price tag, however!
I quickly ran a search on the product and found it here for much less. It is worth it, especially if you are considering spending $40 on a lesser model in a store. The product is easy to use, and comes backed in a nice little drawstring bag for transport.
Straighteners, oddly, can also be used to curl. If you place it in your hair as if you are straighting, turn it 1.25 turns towards your head, and pull straight out, a curl should pop out at the end (or at least with a little twist-prompting). I found it easy to do these curls with this product IF I take my time, and separate an even, not tangled strip. I can't do the quick and dirty type curling I do with a normal curler, but if I take the time to do it with this, the curls are bouncier and more natural looking.
I love my straightener, and am so glad I spent the money on it.
* I wash with Dove shampoo (after trying NUMEROUS shampoos and conditioners this brand works PERFECT with my hair leaving it SO SOFT)
* I condition with Dove shampoo and comb it thru with a big tooth comb and then rinse it out
* I use either Dove leave in conditioner spray OR Panteen light leave in conditioner spray to add moisture to my hair
* I then blow dry it straight
* Then my favorite part I use my herstyler flat irons...My husband LOOOOOOVES the way I do my hair and I didn't spend a heap of money at the salon. My girlfriend paid $120 for two of them but I got mines here on ebay for 1/2 that price...I LOVE THEM!

I recommend this flat iron to ANYONE who wants to save money going to the shop. I'm an african american woman with german ancestry. My hair is fairly long and when it's wet it's curly and VERY soft and it's naturally sandy blonde (so it can get dry from time to time)when I blow dry it, it gets fairly straight but with the flat iron I can curl AND straighten in 30min. Sometimes 20min but the thing that gets me is I lay on my hair at night and the next day it's STILL nice!!!! very bouncy and NO frizzies and no dryness it leaves a nice sheen to my hair all I do is spray a VERY VERY VERY light oil sheen to my hair to add a very nice sheen to it EVERYONE thinks I go to the shop but I save about $110 a month this is how I do my hair:* I wash with Dove shampoo (after trying NUMEROUS shampoos and conditioners this brand works PERFECT with my hair leaving it SO SOFT)

Travelon Travel Hair Dryer Review
This is a fantastic Hair Dryer, its quiet and easy to handle due to its light weight. However, there are a few problems. The instructions say to remove attachment tip if using to dry hair on the high setting and I could not get the tip off easily because it was glued on by the manufacturer. It also says to utilize the tip only if styling on the low setting, and I'm unable to reattach it so it will stay on. The other flaw was the red light on the handle which stays on while plugged in, even when turned off so unplugging it each time after use is wise. The high setting is more like a low setting but does dry your hair in only a few minutes. Works well with the 220v setting but doesn't come with a wall plug adapter.
Weight: 14.2 oz and in this the plug weighs 2 oz.
Many travel hair dryers I encountered were quite crummy this one, by contrast, is nice. It sits well in the hand. Air flows is nicely out, seemingly in consequence of some rational considerations of that flow in design. Unlike most travel dryers, that block one of the heat settings at the higher voltage, this dryer has a true double voltage selection separate from the heat selection, i.e. at both voltage settings you have the same two heat/speed settings available. In travel I use a dryer to finish the drying of clothes as well, so having the choice of settings gains for me extra importance.
The only negative is in the weight it could be a tad lighter for travel. The plug that features a resettable protection against current leakage contributes to that weight. In spite of the dryer's overall weight, it is a keeper.

It is very light, which does make it ideal for travel. But, it is not what I had in mind. I thought that it would come with a converter of some sort, and that is what made it a travel blow dryer, but it did not. Other than that, it is nice.

I started using this line of products for two weeks now and just started to use the leave in conditioner a couple of days ago. I definitely have been satisfied with the results from the leave-in and the shampoo. My hair before i started to use the product was breaking off pretty badly (i do have my hair relaxed). But as soon as i used the shampoo i saw a dramatic decrease in the amount of breakage. This only continued when i began to use the conditioner. The conditioner left my hair really soft and smooth. This is one of the first products I bought when I started my Healthy Hair Journey last year based off the recommendation of Ateyaa on youtube. I purchased this flatiron for I have a short pixie cut and was in need of a skinny flatiron. I saw the great price of this iron and ordered it on a whim. To my wonderful surprise, this iron lived up to my expectation and more. It really does heat up in 30sec or less and it holds consistent heat. None of the GHD hair straighteners sold on Amazon are valid for manufacturer warranty. My one broke within warranty time period, GHD claimed GHD bought on Amazon invalid, and Amazon would not compensate me at all. Might be worth it to pay a bit more on another site and have a valid warranty.

This helps organize all my girlfriends irons and straighteners which was why I got it; however, it doesn't stand the heat well. The heat hasn't done damage to the outside of the holsters yet but the inside has definitely been chard. I also was disappointed with the base. I thought it would be heavier or have a bottom that wasn't metal, because it unfortunately slides around the counter-tops really easy. This was just the item I was looking for. I haven't used the sticky tape to stick it to my countertop yet, and I am not sure if I will. I just needed something to hold my 2 curling irons and hairdryer. And this solved my problem. I will have to say that it is hard to have 3 items plugged in at one time due to the big plug in on my hairdryer so I just have to unplug my hairdryer if I want my 2 curling irons plugged in at one time. This seriously helps keep my vanity organized! I use a 1 1/2 inch barrel and a hair dryer daily, and it holds them great. (The two smaller ones fit under 1 inch barrel.) There's a hair straightener spot, but I don't use one so can't report on that.Also comes with a rubber ring underneath to prevent it from "walking" across your counter. I ordered this product way back in November. First problem: it arrived BROKEN. One of the barrels had snapped completely off, which probably means this is of awful quality. Despite this, I contacted customer service to get a new one. Problem 2: their customer service was AWFUL and not helpful. First, they tried to have the item picked up as a return without giving me any prior notification. I was out of town on business at the time, so I didn't have the product ready or available. When I tried to explain this to their customer service, the rep tried to convince me that I would now need to pay return shipping and new shipping to replace my BROKEN product. After quite a while of explaining that I would absolutely not be doing that, a whole separate argument where I tried to tell them that I couldn't return it from the address they had on file (tiresome and not worth explaining), and after another phone call during which I was able to speak with a different representative, they finally agreed to send me a new one free of charge. Problem 3: that was in late December. It's now mid-January and I have NOT received my new product. I gave them a little leeway due to the holidays, but its clear now that neither a new item nor a refund are headed my way. I have tried to reach out to customer service but haven't been able to get through on the phone. I don't like giving bad reviews, especially when the product seems ok. But the lack of follow up from their customer service department is completely unacceptable! Not to mention the fact that I am stuck paying full price for a broken product! I recommend you avoid the headache and order an item from another seller. I will certainly NEVER be ordering from Kayline again.
