The quality is very poor. The plates on the straightner are loose. No very happy I love the color but they are too small.great product, I used all three the best money can brought. thanks to amazon and herstyler my hair would look fab

I ordered this towel to replace one that I lost and I still love it. My dog swims in a lake every day and this is a great way to dry him off and keep those ears dry as well. I love this product! I used BioSilk for years (when I could afford it) and loved the way it left my hair shiny and silky. But it's ridiculously expensive and I don't know if it's a heat protection product. This is the best of both worlds. It provides shine and protects against the heat. It smells great and leaves your hair nice and silky. I've used it after washing my hair and before flat ironing and as an every day heat protection.
It's not heavy and oily, just the perfect amount of protection. I LOVE this and have found it sold at Walmart, Walgreens (which for some reason is really stepping up it's ethnic hair products, yay!) and here on Amazon.

This isn't the first heat protector I bought and some others were not as greasy as this one. I think it delivers higher quality though and does a better job than the non-greasy ones. It's also not greasy looking if you put in a SMALL amount. Again, really make sure you put like a nickel to quarter size amount first and then start slowly and small from there. Over all it's a pretty good product that I'll most likely purchase again.

I originally found this in the "ethnic" hair care section at Wal-mart and was very pleasantly surprised. It is a good product no matter your ethnicity. You only need to use a small amount and rub it all over..I sometimes do it before and after I straighten. I have frizzy, wild hair and it makes it look smooth and natural. I buy from Amazon all the time and this is my first review. because I am completely in love with this product. It is amazing. I have very thick and wavy long hair, and I only need about a nickel size drop for all my hair, and there is enough product to last a very long time. The quality is amazing for the price, I haven't used any hair product that has done everything I needed it to and more. It smooths and shines your hair without leaving any greasy residue, and it smells really wonderful. I would highly recommend this over any other heat protecting spray. It really goes above and beyond and is such a good value.

Unlike many other reviews, I did not receive this as a trial from Goody. For the price, it is what you would expect. It is a hair dryer, not salon-grade by any means. I don't forsee using all 10 temp settings, but I use a lower one to diffuse my curly hair (I use another diffuser rather than the small one that came with the dryer), and I use the fast dry temp to straighten my hair (doesn't seem to get too hot--good or bad?). It does the job, not complaints so far.

I bought this dryer, after I had read all of the reviews on several websites. For the price, it's exactly as I expected. It's a good hair dryer, nothing earth-shattering. Although it has all of the temp levels, it really doesn't seem to be all that different than any other dryer, in that regard, as most people just go for a low, medium, or high heat when using their hair dryer. So, if a dryer has that equivalent, they're in good shape. I'd recommend it, and buy it again (for the price), but just remember: It's an inexpensive, Goody hair dryer... not a professional salon hair dryer. :)

I was very disappointed with this purchase. I bought these to replace my old Remington clippers thinking I was upgrading; I was wrong.
I cut my hair very short, almost military style. Every pass I took with these clippers with the #1 clip, or bare for that matter, it would literally only cut about 40% of the blade width. Almost in 1/4" segments, so I would have like 4 stripes going across my head; I would have to make like 5 passes in tiny increments to cut all of the hair in one section. Poor design, I suppose. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had to return the first one I brought because there was supposed to be an extra blade included, but was missing. I sent it back & got another one but the blade was missing also. I think someone is removing the replacement blades from the boxes. This clipper is a big waste of money. I should never have switched form Wahl. The blades don't cut at all. It just doesn't work.

They are horrible. I tried to curl them and they went flimsy straight. Washed and put in curlers to try to get them wavy and they are just messy and look like doll hair. Waste. Did not like this,very thin and looked weird on my hair. On the first night out two of the clips broke leaving the clip dangling in my hair an i had to eventually put into a ponytail so it would not be noticeable. i have since went on to make my own clip in hair way cheaper and i can make it as thick as i like. Love my creationthis one that i purchased was a waste.

This is a great blow dryer and I have been on the hunt for years! I have tried several and have never been happy until NOW!! Yes, it is expensive, but it dries my hair faster than any other product and doesn't leave it frizzy or unhealthy looking. Also, it is very quiet which is a huge issue to me. Lightweight (also something I was looking for), very long cord (which I don't need, but some people like) that is the heaviest part on this product. The high setting is great not too burning hot, but perfect and the low setting is perfect for styling with a brush. Anyway, LOVE IT!!I got this dryer for my wife's birthday and she absolutely loves it! It is lightweight, dries her hair super fast and her hair looks shiny and smooth. This is a great dryer!

I have very dry, thick, curly hair and a lot of volume too. Every few months I have to relax my curl in order to keep it under control. I also live in the tropics where heat and a lot of humidity don't exactly help my hair remain frizz free. I was very skeptical when I first bought this product because I had tried many hair straighteners and all had given me poor results. Thank goodness that I was finally proven wrong! This product definitely does what it says it will do and is very affordable in comparison to other products on the market. I flatten my hair after I blow dry it and I have finally been able to tame my wild hair into soft, smooth, silky, straight hair. I have been getting plently of compliments but most importantly, I feel happy with my hair! I have recommended this product to friends and family and they have also acheived wonderful results. I recommend that you buy a deep conditioning treatment (Redken Heavy Cream) and leave it in your for 15 minutes with a self warming cap, rinse out and apply a heat protectant on your hair (Redken Heat Glide) before the process. Your hair will be fabulous!

I read the reviews and was quite skeptical since I've tried almost everything to straighten my coarse, thick, curly hair. I get my hair chemically relaxed about every 9 months. But the results keep my hair still curly, just not as bad. I've used ionic hair dryers, flat irons, curling irons, etc. It usually is an hour and a half process and me sweating half of my body weight in the bathroom! But this product eliminated the hair dryer...no sweating! It straightened quite nice! I used a comb in conjunction. That's the only thing I wish it had built in. My hair section was completely dry in the one passage. The entire process only took me about a half hour! Just make sure you condition well and use a good hairspray to ensure lasting results. I know this review may not be very helpful to most of you but I am just going to name some problems with this straigtening iron to warn you.I have wavy hair too so some of these problems may not affect you.-It doesn't straighten wet hair.(It actually does, but my hair is still partially wet and it becomes wavy after it dries)
-It is only COATED in ceramic, after a while of use, it eventually chips off, leaving your hair exposed to even more damage than it has already done.(I'd suggest getting a ceramic plated straightener)
-The straight hair doesn't last. After a day at school, it starts getting wavy, especially if it is humid outside.
-It does damage to your hair. Its not as bad as those $10.00 ones but you still end up with a bunch of split ends and frizzy, damaged hair
There are also good things to it too, and it seems awesome when you first get it but eventually after a short while it wears down. I'd suggest getting a little bit more expensive hair straightener that will live up to the price.

I got this hair straightener for Christmas two months ago and I absolutely love it. I can't imagine ever going back to my old flat iron.It has several heat settings, so I don't feel like I'm burning my hair. I usually use it on dry hair because its saves time and is easier to do.
If used properly on wet hair, you'll be happy with the results. It takes a bit longer when straightening wet hair and you have to be patient because you have to hold the iron in each section before sliding it down some more. Its a lot easier if you have someone straighten your hair FOR you when its wet because the steam can easily burn you and after a while your arms will get tired.
My favorite thing about this product is how quickly it heats up (in seconds) and beeps to let you know its ready.
Its worth every dollar.

My girlfriend borrowed one of these from her friend and commented on how well her hair was straightened and how little damage occurred (compared to her own straightener). I ended up buying one for her (from Amazon) and she loved and still uses it today.Do your hair right and get one of these. You won't regret it.
