I have long, thick hair with a slight wave and even though I am an owner of a Chi hair dryer and straightner, I was so tired of blow drying and then straightening my hair on the days I washed it. My hairdresser tried getting me to buy the Turbo Ion Croc at the Day Spa she works at, but they were asking to much for it. I finally found this one on Amazon and it was less expensive. I must admit, the Croc has cut my hair grooming time down by 30 minutes. Also, running in and out of my car on hot humid days would start to frizz my hair a little, well, those days are over. I have not had a bad hair day since!

I bought a Chi because of all the hype and it seemed to work good, at first. After awhile it just wasn't as good. So I was looking into other flat irons and after researching ALOT, I decided on this one. It is amazing. I never, ever have a bad hair day anymore! My hair gets so straight and smooth I just can't believe it. I only have to dry my hair about 50% and then I use this straightner to finish drying it and straighten it..Perfect hair every time! I would reccomend this flat iron to anyone, well worth the money. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is because it does have a kinda strong burning smell to it, but I would take smelling that for a few minutes to have perfect hair any day. My hair stays straight and frizz-free for a few days...WONDERFUL!!

I absolutely loved this when I got it but a few weeks ago it stopped working. It got stuck on 69, then displayed "err" and then turned itself off. I googled it to see if there was a fix and found 100's of people had the same issue. I have emailed the manufacturer but still no response. I suspect this is a design fault and now I have an expensive but non working piece of equipment.

This item is unbelievable! I was afraid this would be too hot and damage my thin, fine hair. Quite the contrary! I don't have to keep doing the same section of hair over and over and over trying to achieve the straight results I'm looking for. One time, sometimes twice, and my fine thin hair is straightened and like silk!! The iron adds a terrific shine and smoothness to my hair that I never expected, with NO DAMAGE. I've gotten a ton of compliments after using this. Best purchase I've ever made on any hair appliance in my entire 45 years!!

Have owned a croc ceramic turboIon in the past and thought it was the best flat iron, but this newer version is even better. I have quite thick (and at times frizzy!) hair and this iron very quickly and easily smoothed it all out leaving hair very silky and reminding me of how my hair feels when I walk out of a professional salon. LOVE it!!! Highly recommnend this iron for those who want ultra straight and silky hair.

I can't believe how long I have been needlessly been walking around with frizzy hair due to those cheap $20 hair dryers sold from retail pharmacies and stores. I have been impressed by the results. My hair is softer and NO FRIZZ. This blower has good heating ability and has a strong air flow. What good is the heating without good flow. The drying time is shorter....it used to take me 17 minutes but now it only takes me 12 or so minutes. My only complaint is that the attachment falls off easily. I was concerned that this blower would be too powerful on the circuit breaker, but no problem whatsoever.....I even leave the TV on. I recommend this blower without hesitation.

My sister-in-law is a hair stylist and swears by this brand but when I used the dryer, it didn't do anything special for my hair at all. In fact, it made it look so flat and left my hair without any body. My hair felt smooth and soft, but it didn't necessarily look that way. Even on the highest setting there's not a whole lot of power, it blows less air and doesn't get as hot as my previous dryer I had an Elchim and it was definitely better. Not sure if the wattage has much to do with it, this is 1875 and my Elchim was 2000. But the 1875 should be fine for my hair since it's normal and not too thick. If you want the flat, straight-ironed look and have thicker hair, this might work for you. For the price I paid, I wasn't impressed. For the record, my sister-in-law's dryer performs much differently, even though it's the exact same model. That makes me suspicious that perhaps this was a refurbished dryer or maybe even a fake if that's even possible. The box was not sealed, though the packaging inside was fine. I'd be interested to hear if anyone else had the same experience.

I've been blow drying my hair for over 25 years and this blower is by far the best one I've yet to use! My stylist had recommended it to me but the price was outrageous, good thing I found it in Amazon at a more reasonable price. This is actually the second one I buy, first one for myself and second one for my grandmother! I recommend this item to all ladies who wish to finish their hair drying ordeal well and faster!

Love, love, love this hair dryer! Purchased it based on a reccomendation of my hair stylist. My T3 has died for the second time and needed a stand it while I sent it back....again (I cannot reccomend the T3, except that the company has great customer service). So I bought a travel dryer to pack for trips. Eventhough it is a smaller travel size dryer, it completely blows the T3 feather weight away!!! I could use this everyday! I have long (think mid back) thick hair that is wavy and takes a while to dry and then flat iron smooth. This dried my hair in 10 minutes with no flat iron needed....and it truely makes my hair feel silkier. Wierd!?! I guess if I wanted my hair to look really nice I could do a tiny bit of flat ironing. Worth every penny! Planning on purchasing the larger size as soon as possible....T3 will now be a back up! Totally reccomend this dryer!

I was really excited to receive this blow dryer about seven months ago, before a trip to Europe. The plan was to make it my main blow dryer, not just one designated for travel. Well, it worked fine until last month, when suddenly, without warning, it stopped operating when set to "high." Basically, it works fine on "low" but only intermittently on "high" for no apparent reason. I still have the warranty and plan to use it (these dryers aren't cheap!) but it really makes you wonder how I could have a low-brow Conair for 10 years with no problems and then get a fancy one only to have it malfunction in less than a year. Up until last month, I would have given it a higher rating but now I don't trust the brand.

I'm always weary of the product nay-sayers when there are so many positive responses for a product, but I felt it necessary to review this product as it truly deserved. I rec'd the dryer within 3 business days which was astounding considering the estimated delivery date was still a week out. I used the dryer that night to practice best use before packing it for a European trip. It took longer to dry my very thin hair than I'm used to and longer to achieve the smooth look I'm used to with my everyday dryer. I will make it work with practice. I believe that's the trick with this dryer.

I am Hispanic and have lots of thick wavy/curly/easily frizzed hairpretty unmanageable, I almost always have it in a ponytail. 2. I'm an amateur at drying my hair, I usually just go to the hair salon to get my hair blow dried. With the economy the way it is, I needed to learn to dry my own hair. So I bought the Sedu Revolution TGR 4000i Hair Dryer Black and I loved it until my mom "borrowed" it and never gave it back. I originally planned on buying the Sedu again, but this one caught my eye and I decided to buy it. Again, not because my Sedu was bad but because this one seemed safer (the Sedu is so powerful it can easily burn your hair which happened to me a couple of timesI'm an amateur, remember?) Long story short, this dryer blows everything out of the water! This dryer's claims are true: my hair is softer, healthier and dries and straightens faster than with any dryer I've used or owned! And it really is safe to use and amateur-proof. It is hot to the touch however, so you can still burn your hands! While both dryers I mentioned are great (you can't go wrong with either) I'd recommend you try this one first. Please note that the first time you use it the dryer may smell like smoke but it lasts a couple of seconds then goes away. I've used it over 5 times and have yet to have that smell recur.

I bought this hair dryer on a flash sale website for USD 100 about a month ago, and I am very happy with my purchase. I have long, thick hair, and before using this dryer I would spend 20-30 minutes in the morning blow drying, and often my hair wouldn't even be fully dry. Now, when using this product, it takes me less than half the time that I used to spend, and makes my hair look shiny and healthy. Since using the dryer, people have commented on how pretty my hair looks and ask me what I've done differently. Another great aspect about this product is that it emits very little heat, which is something that I hated with previous dryers. While the hair dryer is expensive, I do think that it is worth the money, especially if you have a lot of hair.

This blow dryer is awesome! I took it with me on a month long trip to Iceland, Spain and Portugal and it worked excellent! I was traveling light and this blow dryer is the perfect size for traveling. It folds up nicely and is light weight. I have long, thick hair and I was pretty impressed by how well this small blow dryer could dry my hair. I bought this product because I travel to Europe most summers and wanted my own two prong hair dryer. Some hotels don't provide one and ones that do aren't always so terrific. I stayed in two different hotels in Italy...Como and Milan and this hair dryer didn't work in either hotel. The dryer would not turn on at all...nothing happened. It was already preset to the correct voltage and I walked all around the room plugging it in every electrical outlet. I was a little upset that I hauled it all the way there, but what really upset me was that I called the seller, "Going in Style" twice and never received a phone call back. Amazon was able to satisfy my concerns. I would not recommend this product or the seller.

I bought this for my hair straightners and it works well depending on where you put it. When on a wooden unit I do worry as it still gets warm but often fold the mat in half and place the straightners on top no problem! :)

This does a great job of protecting the counter from heat. I've used it with hair straighteners (up to 430 degrees) and curling irons. It washes clean fairly easily, though seems to act as a magnet for loose make-up. I've had it for over a year and when clean look exactly as it does the day I bought it.

I am so glad I found these produts on You Tube. I ordered them directly from the company and received them very quickly. I was super excited to use this conditoner becasue I watched the "Shampoo" video on YT and she stated the tangles just fall out. I have a daughter that is 5 and natural with 4A/B/C hair and shampooing weekend was a horriable time for us.( Notice I said WAS) She would always tell me no and run away. (This made me sad becasue I knew it HAD to be done) The first time I used it, it did exactly like she said. I couldn't believe it!!!! My Daughter was not screaming and crying as I cleared her hair with a wide tooth comb then a smaller comb. She had a few points of saying "ouch" but definatly not like before. I was nervous about the rinse out and what it would feel like afterwards when it was styling time. I was nervous for nothing, her hair stayed soft and mangeable. I am completely Loyal to this product. I have told several of my friends becasue it is the truth. I also used this product on my relaxed hair and it was great as well. One day I will transition to Natural and I am glad I found these products which will make the transition easier.

I have used this conditioner and am thrilled it's on Amazon to make my process that much better. Hair needs protein. This is a great protein treatment that still left my 4A/4B natural hair soft and with great slip! I use it every other shampoo with a conditioning cap as the heat. My hair is not sensitive to protein, but I highly recommend it over other protein treatments.
