Love the 3 speeds as well as the 3 heats. Great weight, not too heavy or light. Looks amazing with the zebra print. The cones for the end I'm not quite sure what the use is for, nor what good it does other than making my bathroom smell like burnt plastic.

I love zebra...obviously thats why i got this. Man is this baby is powerful. Guess i didn't expect that, and its more quiet than id expect for how powerful it is. The highest heat setting works better when its on the highest blow power. I just got it today tho so this rating is based on my first impression. It is heavier then my past blow dryers, but that honestly doesn't bother me. I would recommend getting it:)

Although I am not Japanese, I have been using their products, especially beauty products. It never occurred to me to use a hair dryer from Japan but thus far the results and efficiency I have experienced both in their health and beauty care products, as well as technologically, made me eager to try. Compared with other hair dryers that claim to have ions, this one goes the extra length. It has a small water tank. (Well, more like a mini pouch) that you can fill up with water and place it on its own individual compartment at the top. The water must be salt water. 12grams of it on a glass of water. The salt activates and intensifies Ions, while the water and steam provide a more intense drying and hydrating process. It is all about how long you take to dry your hair. Not how cold or hot. With this technology, I can dry my hair for half the time of what I would, even though the speed is not as high, the steam and Ion effect do their magic. I have very chemically damaged and processed hair. This product would work for any hair due to its gentleness, yet powerfully efficient characteristics. Definitely one of the best purchases I've made.

In my 67 years,I have never had any hair brush break before until 3 of these have broken. They are dsigned with holes along the neck to assist in hair drying. These holes make this brush very fragile. That said, I really like the brush aspect of this product not to hard or soft. It goes completely through my hair and feels comfortable. So, I have ordered 3 more, knowing they too will eventually break. The neck needs to be redesigned.

I had recently used a wall mounted hair dryer in a hotel and loved it because it had three speeds for heat and air flow, making it perfect to dry and style. It wasn't a Sunbeam/Oster brand, but when I searched, this one had the main feature I wanted. I was hesitant to order a wall mounted, but the three-speeds won me over. To my disappointment, the "three" speed heat/air flow is only two. The medium setting blows just as hard as the high and is too forceful for me to style as I dry, so I ended up purchasing what I already had... a two-speed hair dryer.

I have had this Sunbeam 1500 Walmount Hairdryer for over a year and I am still very satisfied with it. Mounting the hairdryer was easy-the fan speeds and heat setting are great but the light stayed on all the time(it is not a nitelite) so I took the bulb out of it. I would recommend this hairdryer to anyone that needs one that is out of the way-the purchase process and delivery thru Amazon.com was excellent.

Having seen the Sunbeam mounted dryer with light and 3 speeds in a hotel, I really wanted the same for home use. When it arrived, however, the item was an Oster and was very lightweight and not the same quality. Had it worked properly, for the price, I probably would have kept it. Although it had 3 speeds, the medium and high speeds were the same. The air flow did not change as it should have, although it did get hotter on high than on medium. I prefer three speeds. I returned the item for a full refund. Also, the shipping was around $8. I asked for it to be refunded, too, since I had to pay more about the same to send it back. The company, Goodman's, did refund their shipping charge also and I appreciated that.

I bought this iron in pink today at a kiosk in my local mall. My hair before the sales person demonstrated on me was frizzy loose curls that I had created the day before with a round brush and my blow dryer. The first thing the rep did was show me a loose curl created with the flat iron. It was shiny, soft, smooth, and very much frizz free. I was totally impressed because my current flat iron is bulky and I have to pass my hair through it a couple of times to get it totally flat (even with its steam feature), but not with the Nu Me...one pass and it was beautiful. The MSRP on the box was $275. The rep offered to sell for $139, but I ended up getting him down to $99. (Looks like I saved about $15 compared to Amazon prices.) I also purchased one of the iron holders with suction cups (he said price was $49...purchased for $15.) I came straight home and stared practicing doing curls. I only gave 4 stars since I haven't even had it a day.

BTW -I was told there is a 5 yr warranty. The box says to activate the warranty on the website. I did not see any where on the site to activate it. I have emailed the company...we'll see.

I travel overseas from the US approximately 75-80% of the year. For this reason, I wanted to keep things simple and have a hair straightener that worked in outlets in both the US and abroad, AND that worked well at straightening my very course, curly hair. This straightener was the perfect solution. I am only giving it 4 stars because the first one I ordered stopped working after one use in Europe (after working in the US a couple of times), but the seller was gracious enough to send another as a replacement. It's sturdy, huge, good quality, bright, convenient, and awesome! I don't use the lights unless I need to fix my eyebrows with the magnified side. It does get warm after a while being close to the light plucking those brows, but it's so great and clear! I like how big the mirror is, and it does take up some room on my desk, but it's so worth it consider the price of it. It's also great that it comes with an extra outlet on the side of the mirror for people who wants to plug in their hair tools! I love it!!

I purchased this after returning one from a different company. This is exactly what was needed.

The mirror surface itself is great. The mirror is 5x and 1x. This is definitely perfect for doing makeup ( or so I'm told). I originally got the 8x but it was way too intense. That magnification might be more to pluck eyebrows or something.

It is very nice that this item is in a raised base. The light itself is great. There was no mention in the description but mine came with an extra replacement bulb.

The chrome exterior doesn't look as fancy as other mirrors. It has a strange lip and there are holes (vents?) in the sides that look just a little but cheaper than other models of the same price.

This item also has an outlet in the base so you can plug a hair dryer in without having to bend to the floor. This is a nice item that has done what it is supposed to do. It was definitely a crowd pleaser.

The mirror is very good and the stand is sturdy and well made. The light that surrounds the mirror is not strong enough to be effective.
