I bought an amazing dryer from Metropolis and loved it for about 5 years ago. Four months ago it sparked and burnt itself out (no harm to anyone/anything thank goodness!). I've been trying ever since to leverage the 10 YEAR WARRANTY that I was so impressed with in the beginning. I sent it back to them at my own cost and have been waiting ever since for ANY kind of update/replacement/fix. All they are interested in doing is selling me a new product with a new 10 year warranty. So they obviously don't understand what WARRANTY means!!!
