I purchased this unit in July and it stopped working in August. When I contacted Amazon, there was no way to return it. I contacted T3 directly expecting at least one year of warranty.

"Amazon.com/iShopHappy is not an authorized reseller of T3 products and would not be covered under the warranty. "

Now I need to spend additional money to buy a new hairdryer. Not through Amazon for sure!

I have thin hair so I love it because of the volume and shine and it only takes seven minutes to dry which is a great value don't hesitate to run to get this one the list price is double anywhere else too!

This is the most I've ever paid for a hairdryer (by a longshot). When I first fired it up I was a bit disappointed that it didn't seem to have a lot of power. BUT, the more that I use it I realize that it dries my hair a lot faster in a lot less time. I have very thick, long hair and this is a time saver.

This dryer did not work for my hair! Not enough air flow and it did not get hot! Warranty card was not included and the box was not sealed!

This hair dryer, is not feather weight, does not dry any quicker and does not leave hair any smoother. Really do not like.
