I have had this hair dryer for over 4 years and two weeks ago it burnt out on me, so I came online and purchased from here to get a new one. I don't know what the other review is talking about because you get exactly what is pictured. I love this hair dryer though. It is the strongest, most powerful one I've ever used and yet it's so tiny! It gets my hair dry in minutes. I even took it to Europe (it has the dual voltage) and it worked perfect over there too. It folds up and is so great for traveling. I recommend this to all my friends and they all love it too.

Used this in the UK. I couldn't turn it on high because it didn't like that but the next setting down was more than adequate to dry my hair quickly. Will definitely take this with me on my next trip to Costa Rica.

I like it but the low speed never gets too hot.....maybe good for some but if I want it hot I have to run it on high and that is way too much 'blow'!

Good hair dryer and YES......I'd buy it again.

Product as described, bigger than expected, but foldable, still a travel size. Cold air works well. I totally recommend it.
