I thought that this hairdryer was absolutely great other than the high and low settings. High is hot and low is about room temp. There isn't a medium. It is so quiet compared to other hair dryers.

This blow dryer is NOT QUIET. It is louder than other blow dryers I have had that do no claim to be quiet. If you are looking for a quiet dryer DO NOT GET THIS ONE.
