This is my second one, I got one for me and this one is for my Mom..Works great!! My little Girlie loves it!! Dries quick!! I have to disagree with the previous poster, it is warm, I keep my hands in her hair at all times and its fine. I have a yorkie who is very pickie and she is fine with this dryer!!It had one temperature HOT!! my pup hated it and he likes things warm. it wasnt quiet on either setting
