I purchased this product because my daughters and I use it whenever we need our hair to lie down smoothly for a ponytail or an updo. It does wonders for smoothing hair. It has a nice, light, creamy texture that does not weigh down the hair. It is the product you want to use if you like your hair super-smooth and slicked down.

Now that I told you about the product let me tell you about the seller. I would definitely recommend buying from them. When I received this product in the mail, it was defective (I won't say why). I immediately contacted the seller to express my disappointment and ask for a refund. This was on a Saturday afternoon. Two days later (Monday), I not only had a full refund, but I also had a new jar of Liv in my hand that the seller sent to me. They did not even want the defective product back! Now that is what I call service, and I honestly believe that if we had Sunday mail in the United States, that I would've gotten my new product the next day. Thank you so much seller.

I'm pleased with everything but the container size which was disappointing as it didn't call out to me that they were such small containers. Otherwise satisfied.
