Definitely not large enough, so disappointed, especially if one has a lot of hair. The size of the opening and the elastic is fine and comfortable BUT the bouffant is not large enough. Who wants to crush and stuff their hair to fit in a shower cap that is too small? The point of a shower cap is to protect the hairstyle; it should be roomy.

I thought this was going to work like a cheap one I usually get from walmart, you cannot get wet hair. Not so, if you stand under your shower and this cap gets saturated it soaks through. Also, I had no idea there were sizes for shower caps and apparently this came in small. I found that out from another site selling these same caps only they offered the option of what size you need. I'm not sure why I didn't have a choice of size or why it wasn't written that it was a small but it barely covered my daughters hair because she has so much of it. These ended up in the garbage, waste of money for us.

I liked the texture and it as strong as four (4) shower caps. Durable and nice in color and the strech elastic helps stay on my head perfectly.
