The bulbs are defective. They continually flicker but never fully light. I purchased additional bulbs elsewhere and the worked perfectly so the problem was definitely the bulbs and not the light.

When I put it in the lamp bulbs began to blink.Looks like the contact wasn't good.Hard to put inside correctly.I don't use the lamp anymore.I got new one.
