I purchased the dryer about a year ago, my coworkers complain about the pitch the dyer has. At first I hadn't noticed it and now I do. I purchased the silencer, which helps, but doesn't cure the noise issue!

I was confident that I would like this blow dryer when I ordered it because a co worker had one and let me try hers first. This dryer is quite nice, sounds great,saves time, and is made well. I had no problems with the delivery either. The only negative is if you buy it from Amazon you do not get a warranty from Twin Turbo. Also I was nervous because it said Pibbs Twin Turbo in the description, that was an error on the company who was seling it, Pibbs is the sister co. of Twin Turbo. I have used this dryer for about 3 weeks now and I am so happy I chose this powerful dryer, I now look foward to drying my long thick haired clients hair!
