This conditioner first smells good, it makes my hair soft and manageable to comb while wet and once rinsed super soft. The scent lasts. It is a large bottle so it will last a long time but once it's gone I will order again. Shipping and packaging was great. It was on time and no spills.

On the first use, I was SOLD! My hair has a natural curl and has always been frizzy around my face but with age, the problem has gotten unmanageable. At least, that's what I thought. This product line has made my hair shiny, soft and manageable from the first time I used it. Even my husband noticed (and he doesn't notice much these days). In artificial light, the shine makes my grey blend in but in daylight, it makes that dull grey shine like silver. Both effects were unexpected but VERY welcome! Highly recommended, especially for aging coarse and/or frizzy hair.

I used this product in conjunction with the matching shampoo. I have breakable, fine hair. It was very obviously removing (water was light brown) my demi-perm color (dark brown and black). It was more expensive and less effective than common drug store brands. I did like the long lasting smell, but that was not enough for me to be happy. My hair was MORE frizzy than when I used garnier fructis color shampoo despite this products smoothing claim. I threw away half a bottle of this crap before it did more damage to my hair. Don't waste your time.
