Quality: This is the best hair dryer I have used. Hands down. My favorite feature is that it doesn't produce a ton of noise like the T3 I previously had, and if you have a sleeping baby in the next room you'll really appreciate the low noise it makes. The performance is perfect and the temperature and fan speed are fully adjustable. I set mine on negative ion, which helps my hair look great before work and after the gym. My wife and I share it and she's as satisfied with the quality as I am.

Price: For the price, you can't beat this dryer. I paid over $200 for a T3 and the Onei feels, looks, and sounds like a better product. The performance of both are good, but the Onei has more adjustment options, so I have to rate it higher.

Shipping: I came back from a two-day business trip and it was waiting for me, even though I didn't expect it for a week or so. Of course the wife got to it first :)

Customer Service: The seller sent me a nice email to make sure I was satisfied with the quality and shipping speed. I couldn't ask for better customer service.

I've been through three hair dryers in the past year. One of them broke after a short fall from my hand to the bathroom counter (seriously??), the second one always got too hot and stunk up my bathroom, even on the lowest hear setting (grrrr...) And then there was the Onei.

The Onei is just perfect! I really like that is has an ion activation switch in the handle. When you turn on the dryer, you can hear it speed and warm up there isn't that sudden blast of metal smelling heat like the cheaper dryers I've owned. I definitely recommend the Onei to anyone who wants a quality dryer.

My wife had a Conair hair dryer, her 3rd one in 3 years I think. When the most recent Conair died, I thought I'd look around for a better hair dryer. All of the dryers produced by the well known brands have a reason for complaint or are way too expensive. This one seemed to find the Goldilocks zone: excellent reviews and decent price. So we decided to get it.

So far my wife really likes it. It's light, quiet, produces good heat, dries her hair more quickly, and seems to have made a noticeable difference in the appearance of her hair. Since we just bought it, I can't say much about it's longevity, but it comes with a 4-year warranty.

I will note that I a bit concerned about making this purchase because I had never heard of Onei before and because you can't find much about them online (the company does have a decent website). Also, the reviews seemed a bit too good to be true, but so far I am finding that they were not misleading.

If you are looking for a good hair dryer at a reasonable (not dirt cheap) price, this might be it.

In the photo the cord looks round, which was one of my criteria (round truly doesn't kink) but it isn't. The air speed isn't great. Overall, if I had seen it perform I wouldn't have purchased.
