The design of the hairdryer seems to be fine, however when I first opened the box I found a hand written note stating that the night light [ a nice feature to have ] did not work, as this evidentally was a returned item, and the store never bothered to check why the item was returned, and put it back on the shelf for re-shipment. I ended up just fixing the night light function myself, which was an inconvenience to me as I should not have to make a repair on a new product. In my opinion this indicates poor customer service. For me it was just easier to make the repair myself then to deal with the hastle and expense of shipping the product back. Not impressed.
