My kids hair never came out correctly after drying them it was always hard. I asked their stylist what i should do. He told me the hair dryer was the problem. This one gets nowhere near as hot and doesn't make them cover their ears while drying. Their hair is wonderfully soft now all i did was change the dryer to this one from a really cheap walmart one. This one drys faster too.
