I ordered (what I thought was) the exact same item by the same brand as that I had previously ordered from another vendor. The hair that I previously purchased was silky and smooth from day one and lasted almost 3 months of the extreme wear and tear that I had done to it. When I opened this package, however, I could immediately tell that it was a different, more fake feeling batch of hair than the product that I had received from a different vendor before (although supposedly they were exactly the same item). I have had this hair in for less than a month and it feels and looks TERRIBLE. I am very confused, because the product that I had purchased before was absolutely nothing like what I received this time. I don't know if it was because I purchased it from a different seller or if I just got a really crappy batch of hair, but either way I am extremely disapointed.

I ordered 16' & 18' on the 4th & received it on the 7th ( which is the ONLY positive thing i can say about this hair . )it is a total distaster ! It was actually a mess the day after i had it sewed in . Today is monday & im already to the point where im ready to take it out . This cant remy hair ! It has to be premium too in a remy pack or either the hair is extremly old & thats why the price is so reasonable . I even took it as far as going to the beauty store & asking them what going on , & they said my hair shouldnt look like this & i only had it in for 4 days . One of the empolyee's told me my hair shouldnt have look like this for at lease 2 weeks , & that this company probaly sold me a STALE pack of hair . Dont purchase has from this seller ! You will NOT be satisfied .

Horrible horrible horrible...my extensions are tangling and shedding after 4 days of having it installed...I will never order from this seller again..this Hair is awful and they wont refund my money or send me a better batch...worst experience ever..save your money!!!!

This was my first time purchasing this and my overall review is it is okay! The hair did not take long to arrive and I was very pleased. The customer service gets a 5 star rating. I received some extra goodies when I order and that was def. a plus because it was hair products that I ended up needing. The hair on the other hand gets 3 stars. At first it was beautiful. I purchased a 16" and a 14" but the layered look. I needed all of my hair because I had a sew-in and min. leave out was used. I had the hair in for a total of 3 months so thats why I give a 3 star. If you only leave your hair in for 2 months then I'd give a full 5 stars. I co washed once and washed probably a total of 5 times in the 3 months so that could be why it did not last very long. But the reason for the 3 stars is the shedding. This hair was in my car, my bathroom, at my job, in seats when I left restaurants...I mean everywhere. I had to brush this hair every 30 minutes... especially after the first month!

Ive always trusted Milkyway, all the hair has always been good, even blonde and last for months but this one was just a mess. I bought two packs and right out of the package it was soft and silky as I expected but once sewn in and worn it became dry and brittle and even in a pony tail it matts up and I cant wait to cut it out and toss it, I guess thats why it was so cheap, maybe it wasnt milkyway at all??
