This is the only product that controls frizz, yet gives my hair body. My stylist recommended this, but later stopped selling it. I was very happy to find it at Amazon.

Found this at a discount store for $30.00. This is well made, well balanced, and light weight. The noise level is not as loud as others I've tried (Conair Tourmaline Ceramic). The low heat setting is like the cool setting on other dryers. The med heat is hot enough to quickly dry my hair. The high heat is a bit hot. I don't use that. The low air setting is strong but not too strong so that you couldn't style your hair. This dyer makes my hair silky and shinny.

This helps my hair stay thick, soft, and in it's place. I only wash my hair once a week with castile soap or baking soda, and I let my hair oils do the rest. I use it as a finishing product, and it does a great job keeping my short cropped hair in place. My hair grows back faster when I use it than when I don't, which is fine with me.It smells great, a little goes a long way, and it really seems to help my hair grow faster and fuller.

It looks like in the image. it is dark brown in color. it has longer length hair reaching/touching jawline and remaining hair are shorter than that. It is easy to comb (would recommend using wide teeth comb). Was easy to cut. Looks natural on Asian-Indian skin. Hair are smooth. It is not very sturdy/good quality to use for everyday. It shows stitching if not combed well and hair falls off if combed too much or roughly. I would recommend it for occasional use, not for everyday use.But it is good for the price for sure.

I have been looking for the perfect hair product for about 15 years! I have wavy/curly hair, thick, unruly, somewhat frizzy hair. I have tried just about every gel, cream, mousse and serum on the market and none of them did what they said they'd do. When my hair dresser suggested I try the Lavender Hair Cream, I was skeptical, to say the least. But OMG! I put it in my hair, finger curled it, let it air dry and holy cow! If you have dry hair, this product is for you. It is a little expensive, but you only have to use a very small amount, so a 4oz jar last about 6 months. By the way, my daughter recommend this product to me. She is a woman of color and before she found this product, nothing worked as well without spending quite a bit more cost.
Cheap Thin to Thick Extra Volume Conditioner 8 oz
I have long hair and it got dry and brittle and started breaking off in places. I purchased the Thin-to-Thick pack (shampoo, conditioner, scalp serum, and hairspray) and it really thickened my hair noticeably. The increased thickness made my hair less brittle so it was no longer breaking. The serum actually stimulated hair growth all over my head so the few thinnish patches in my hair will soon be filling in.

I usually only spend about $30 for a hair dryer, so this purchase was tough for me. I've crested the "50" hill a few years ago and my hair is changing. Up until 6 months ago I colored my grey, but due to aging brain cells, I decided to start going natural and highlighed my hair to start the 'blending of the grey.' Much to my dismay, my hair became fly-away and dry, so my hair stylist suggested I use sulfate free shampoos. I did six months ago, and it made a difference, but I was still not happy because my hair still felt dry. She then suggested a new hair dryer, this one specifically. I swallowed hard and purchased this dryer. The first time I used it, I realized I had a quality product. It's a little heavier than I was used to, but it is well balanced so it's not 'clunky.' The big difference is in my hair. The heat settings are perfect--my other dryers blew REALLY warm on the warm setting, whereas this one is slightly warm. When you hit the cool shot button, the air is instantly cool regardless of whether you were previously on warm or hot. My hair looks much more healthy and feels soft--the fly-aways flew away! I highly recommend this dryer.

This is a perfect hair dryer. It gets very warm (but not scalding), has a super long cord, is reasonably lightweight and the weight is distributed proportionately so that your hand or wrist do not fatigue while drying your hair. I have owned one before, and this one is no different. This dryer blows hard and hot. It has a very long flexible cord that gives you plenty of room to move around. I got this model after I saw Chaz Dean using it in a You Tube Video. It was a good purchase! If you want professional results for your hair then using professional tools helps. This hairdryer has a lot of power, multiple settings for heat and power--not complicated to use after five minutes of study and my hair looks great!
Discount Babyliss CPD05 Conair Pro Interchangeable 3-in-1 Diffuser
This fits my Babyliss 2000 Pro Ceramix Xtreme really well! It has a tight grip and I don't feel like it will fall off, but it's also not difficult to get on and off. The diffuser is also very lightweight, which I love b/c it doesn't add to an already heavy hair dryer. Some may see the weight as flimsy, but my toddler has done his best to destroy the diffuser without success. As for the three heads, I've only used one of them so can't give an opinion on the difference between them. At first, I thought the head that came attached was stuck, but it does take a bit of muscle to initially loosen. Once I figured that out it was easy to get it off/on. About the diffuser not being "universal," the opening where it attaches to the dryer is tight (about 2.5" in diameter) and wouldn't fit my larger Conair dryers. Measure your dryer before ordering.

I purchased this diffuser because the diffuser that came with my Conair Ion Shine 1875 broke. I read in some reviews that this diffuser did not fit the Conair 1875. It fits my hairdryer securely. It is large and requires a hairdryer with a long enough nose. It is larger than the diffuser that came with my Conair 1875 which at first I did not like. While waiting for this product I attached my broken diffuser to my hairdryer with duct tape. That was effective so I considered keeping my old diffuser and returning the product. I am so glad I tried it first. It is amazing. I have naturally curly hair that I am always battling fuzziness. The air is diffused better, creating no blowing. This made a noticeable difference. My hair dried faster and because their was no blowing my curls have less fuzz. Because the diameter is larger I can dry larger sections of hair at a time. My hair drys faster and my curls turn out better. So this fits, it just doesn't stay on too well, you have to hold it but it dries my waves nicely.

Frankly, this is the only 1 1/2" barrel curling brush on the market from what I could find, so it's lucky it's pretty good quality. The barrel heats up to a nice, but not hair-scorching temperature and it heats fairly quickly. The plastic tip stays cool enough to touch, so styling is simple and the bristles are close enough together to make curling even my baby-fine locks possible.
The only major problem is what I consider a design flaw: the joint between the barrel and the handle isn't covered, which means if you're not extremely careful to keep your hair toward the tip of the barrel, it'll get caught--and it's painful. I invariably lose a few valuable strands a day, no matter how I try to prevent it.

This curling iron has been the best hair utility item I have ever owned. I have purchased it over the past 10 years about 4 different times. It's not because the iron goes out or stops working its because I've left it somewhere during travel or for some other reason that wasn't the iron's fault. It is WONDERFUL for straight hair to give lift and volume at the roots and to give soft turn up or down at the tips. Your hair never looks like an iron has touched it totally natural results. Excellent heating element, never quits, lasts forever, a must have for straight hair. Only 2 downfalls 1. it's nearly impossible to find at stores and I have to always order it online. 2. it would be nice if there was an auto-shut off timer that turned the iron off after an hour or so of no use. The other reviews I read are mostly accurate. The curler does not overheat (it keeps me from burning my hair...). The tip does overheat. My daughter and I bought this curler because you cannot find this size in retail stores (we have looked and looked), but we have to be very careful with the hot tip. It does not get as hot as the iron itself, but you cannot touch it for more that a second or two at a time if you don't want burned fingertips! My daughter and I have each had a Helen of Troy for some time and they have lasted through several years of daily usage. I have had so many of these curlers in my lifetime, but not in the last 2 decades. Flat irons give my baby fine shoulder length hair horrible static. I HATE flat irons! Of course my daughter is thrilled when I try another flat iron because she knows she will be getting it for her super thick, coarse hair within a few weeks.I started looking for a brush iron a year or so ago and could only find the 3/4" irons or the 1+ inch round air brushes. The small iron is just too small for long hair and the air brushes are cumbersome and ineffective.
Desperation led me to the web where I found this one. OMG.. could it be the same iron I had in the 70's? I think so!!! Yay! I read the reviews and bought it, slightly worried about the hair catching in the joint.
Got it yesterday and tried it out.
1. It DOES take a while to get REALLY hot.
2. My hair does get caught in that joint, which is totally unacceptable.
3. The darn thing is EXACTLY what I hoped for!!!
The joint was an EASY fix. Goody sells SILICONE rubberbands. They are round, like a tube, not flat.
Double one of those up and it lays right in that groove. Silicone can take that heat no problem and it TOTALLY resolves the caught hair issue.
The brush is not made of hard plastic bristles, which is a vast improvement, IMO.
This is cheap, works great for big curls on the ends of your hair.
Today my hair looks better than it has in years. Loads of nice big waves and curls.

I spent a long time looking to replace my 15 year mirror after it finally failed. This mirror is great, and the long oval build allows you to view your entire face while applying makeup. One of the things I had a hard time finding was a mirror that was not so strong-so closeup, that the magnified side was too hard to use for makeup application. The lighting in the mirror is not as bright as some might want, but for me it is slightly soft and perfect. I use it on my dressing table, and only occasionally turn on the other light that is close by. This mirror is exactly what I was looking for.

My hair is impossible to manage with any other conditioner on the market that I have used. I put this on and it softens my hair immediately and I can actually get the comb through it without splitting the ends. I LOVE IT.
