I love this product! I never knew how important it was to use a heat protector until I saw how bad the iron damaged my mother's hair. She suggested this product and now I will not iron my hair without it. It's not sticky at all and has no smell. It cost 8 bucks in CVS for one! Buying the 6 pack was a great idea!

This hot air brush is light weight and easy to use. Curls and gives body that last all day. Best feature is the curl release button that allows hair to unwind without tangling. The brush also detaches for cleaning. Not a high powered dryer, so partially drying hair first is recommended.

I am pleased with the Helen of Troy hot air brush. It was the only one I could find with a 3/4 inch barrel and the kind of bristles I want.

I love the finish that this hot air brush gives my hair...IF I have time to use it! It seems to overheat, and if it is cut off, it will not come back on. The directions say that if this happens, unplug and wait 5 minutes. I have found that 5 minutes is not long enough...and besides, who has that much time? Evidently the wattage is too high...it definitely needs to be re-done. I will not purchase another one, nor will I recommend buying it.

I love this for short hair. Very easy to slip in a bag for traveling. Soft bristles are better for the hair.

I purchased this for my girlfriend who lives with me.

The bathroom on her side is always full of electric hair styling tools.

She has 2 curling irons, flat iron, blow dryer, small base mirror, and many other things that clog up the 2 sink vanity in the bathroom.

This tool, while currently just sitting in the area next to the vanity on the jacuzzi tub, is perfect.

She puts the flat iron, 2 curling irons, blow dryer, and either a mirror or brush on the holder.

The vanity is now clear of these items, the heat is not a problem, and it just looks and feels cleaner and neater in our bathroom.

The price for this item was also better than anyone else on the web, so we won there too!

The product is made for professional hair stylists daily use in their job.

This will probably last her forever, and can be mounted a variety of ways depending upon your layout.

I bought this product, and would buy it again!

This product is good for only 1 blowdryer and 2 flat irons...the two smaller holes can't fit a 1" iron or a mini iron...so I just stick my round brushes in them.

I am a 40 plus, runner and swimmer with long blond hair. I must admit that genetics has helped (thanks mom and dad) but I have been using this product for over 5 years and love it. I am so glad to find it on Amazon. I was running low on my last bottle and was unable to find it with my old carrier so I was conserving the bottle what I had remaining. My hair had more fly-aways and just did not look at polished or smooth. This is my go to product. I am rough on my hair and frequently shower more than once a day (which I don't recommend).

My hair stylist recommended Meros ID Care when I got my first straight perm. She recommended that I use it before I blow dry my hair and after to protect hair from heat and to lock in shine. I've bought this product ever since and this seller does a good job of getting me the product right away (it came within 5 days and I asked for standard shipping). The product smells very salon-professional, which I like, and it does a good job of protecting my hair since I blow dry every day. I think it's probably be fine to use this even if you don't have a perm... it smells great anyways! I would definitely recommend this product.

If I want protection against heat (flat irons, hair dryers, etc) I'd go for something more reliable like biosilk.

If I want silkiness, if I want my hair to shine, this product doesn't do. It just adds some shine/controls frizz very, very minimally, for about thirty minutes max.

It doesn't smell good either, so I really don't see the point to this product.

I had used one like this in a hotel and was amazed at how well I was able to see to do my makeup! I had tried other magnifying mirrors for the bathroom counter, but they didn't give the same clarity or ease of use This thing is GREAT!! I only wear readers, so putting on makeup behind a pair of glasses was a challengeLOVE IT! and only 1/3 of the price of the hotel's brand! Sturdy, large mirror excellent for makeup application. Just as found in 5 star hotels. Arrived safely packaged and in good time.

I would say use also with final check back with usual sized mirror, as sometimes seeing oneself in 3 x, we can miss minor finishing touches.

I have longish, thick hair that hates humidity. I live in California so as a solution (and lazyness) I wore my hair up with a band all summer. It destroyed the hair follicle and became a fuzzy mess. I went to my hair stylest and asked what to do. She said the only solution was to cut it off but when she styled it, it behaved. So she tried selling me a $345 hair dryer calling it "an investment." Even if I had the money, I think spending that amount of money on a blow dryer is ridiculous. So I went to amazon. Read all the reviews, which is always tricky, but took a chance on this guy. Never been happier with a "blind" purchase. Granted, I had the best blow dryer target can buy (prolly $40), but the difference is amazing. The diffuser smoothes my fuzzies, my hair is silky, and stays that way throughout the day, even with humidity/coastal weather. Don't want to say I never write reviews because everyone says that but felt it would be a disservice if I didn't. This review would have helped me while I was researching so there you go!

I am one of those people who didn't know any better and only used drugs store hair dryers. I have been getting the Japanese straight perm for many years every 6 months on my long (below the shoulder blades), slightly curly and thick Asian hair. I tried the top two best ones from Folica. I did not experience the significantly shiny hair that many people raved about at all unfortunately. My hair was less frizzy though. Here are the winners for the following categories:

weight: Sedu by far! The weight is the main reason I returned the Solia dryer. By the way, the cheapest return shipping fee through USPS with Delivery Confirmation Receipt is $12! Ouch.

airflow: Sedu. Even at the lowest setting, my hair was getting tangled and knotted like crazy with Solia. I also lost A LOT of hair after each hair drying session (double the usual amount). I don't want to go bald!

temperature: Solia. The cooler setting on the Solia was perfect for me. The warmer setting wasn't too hot. I don't think I'll ever use the hotter setting on the Sedu because the cooler setting was warm for me.

drying time: Tie. The time difference between the two was only like 3 minutes apart. Solia's 5 min vs. Sedu's 8 minutes.

Overall winner: Sedu.

I have always used hair dryers bought from Wal-Mart or Target. My old hair dryer died and living in a very humid climate, I decided to treat myself. I always had to style my hair after blow drying it, but with this hair dryer, I just dry and go! It's so fantastic and my hair feels so soft and healthy. This is the best dryer I have ever spent money on! The "Solia" 1875w. I usually don't spend this much money on a dryer, but it was worth it! It made such a difference in the shine and very soft. It also dried in half the time! I have long curly, dry, course hair. It didn't fry my hair dry. It's like wind-blown. Very pleased with the quality of this product. I spent $84 but Amazon has it for $79.99 with S&H.

My hair dresser told me years ago to buy a quality dryer, I'm 45, I wish I listened to her. Worth the money.
