Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I've had my existing hair dryer for a long time so it was eye opening to get this new dryer and see/use the extra features on it.
1. Much quieter than my old dryer.
2. Much quicker drying. It took about half the time to dry my hair as my old dryer.
3. I like the three heat button warm, not as warm, and cool.
4. It still has a cool shot button you can press WHILE drying your hair that takes it right to cool air.
5. It has a two speed button for drying power.
6. The dryer feels substantial in my hand but not overly heavy for a full-size dryer.
I didn't use the diffuser or the concentrator attachments so am not sure how they compare to other dryers.
Other reviewers have mentioned getting their hair caught (sucked into) the dryer. I have medium long hair and this was not a problem for me at all.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Pardon my pun in the title, but I'm not overly impressed by this blow dryer. The first thing I noticed when I took it out of the box was it's weight. It's quite heavy, and much heavier than my last two blow dryers. I don't know if I'll get tired of holding something heavier, but I am hoping that it's an indication of quality.
I do like the three heat settings, two air speeds and the cool shot of air, which can be used while drying. It is quieter than my last dryer, which was a Conair with the same wattage. The dryer is a little awkward to hold, however, and I had trouble changing heat and speed while holding it midair and drying my hair. It did dry my hair faster but not by much. I used both attachments to see how they work and diffuser worked like it should giving curl without the frizz. I had trouble getting the concentrator attachment on the end, and then it blew off the dryer both times that I used it. I don't know if mine just doesn't fit well, but that was a little annoying.
It may seem like I'm being knitpicky in this review, but I'm just trying to cover all the bases for a blow dryer. After saying all that, it does what it's supposed to do dry my hair. If it lasts longer than my last two blow dryers, then I'll be really happy.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This dryer is actually and excellent value for what it is being sold for on Amazon (about $28). The power and heat control is a good as units I have paid over $50 for. The shape is good and it feels very comfortable in my hand. I have fairly short hair so I don't need to use the attachments but they come in handy for those with long strands that need to isolate and concentrate the air. The switches make the heat easy to adjust, making it good for drying a pet (I try to not use heat to dry my dog). Overall a good unit.

Instructions may not seem important to some people, but the instructions for this dryer are very clear. I'd always wondered how the diffuser and the concentrator attachments with hair dryers work, and these instructions were helpful. Users can easily decide which one to use for their hair type and their desired hair style.
My thick, rather porous hair dries slightly more quickly with this dryer than my old one; even a little difference can be important to a user in a hurry.
Maintenance is easier than with many other hair dryers; the small screen in the back comes off for cleaning.
I'm glad that I selected this hair dryer, and I do recommend it.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I have long thick hair. I have burned out a few hair dryers in my time and hope to stick around long enough to burn out a few more. This model is not the worst dryer I ever tried but it is far from the best.
I am realistic. Hair dryers have one basic job: blow air. If you get a powerful enough dryer, that part is taken care of, and the rest is all about personal preference and convenience features.
First step: getting the attachment to stay on. I use the concentrator. It took a few minutes it looked like it was supposed to screw on, but it actually snapped on, and it seems like it will stay attached. Definitely a point in this dryer's favor it's pretty annoying to have the concentrator fall off and get tangled in my hair while I'm drying it. (Unfortunately, during the drying process, my hair got caught several times in the join between the dryer and the attachment. Not fun.)
Next step: dry hair. OK, this is the heaviest dryer I've ever used. Hopefully that means it's sturdy and durable and will work well for a few years, and maybe my biceps will even look a little better.
As to the claim that hair dries 50% faster come on, it does not. I have had a couple of ion generator models and honestly didn't notice much of a difference. This dryer has a white light to convince you it is producing ions. OK, that's persuasive. I do have to say that after drying, my hair is a little bit silkier, but not so the average person who is not me would notice.
Final step: putting it away. This is a large dryer. The handle does not fold and the cord is not retractable. It is not a dual voltage product which makes sense because you would not use it for travel way too big and heavy.
To be fair, I did realize when I chose this dryer that it didn't fulfill some of my convenience preferences. I really like a folding handle and a retractable cord. Dual voltage is a plus, but I have another dryer specifically for travel, it resides in my suitcase full time. This one definitely does the job, but I wish it did so without snagging my hair. This will not be my full time dryer.
