I have long kept a "bin of chaos" underneath the bathroom sink. Pulling out a curling iron or flat iron meant untangling cords and watching other accessories fall on the floor. This cube is AMAZING. I just put all my stuff in there, I can reach in and pull out what I need, it takes up less space, looks adorable. It would spin freely if I wanted, but I don't. I'm happy for it to just keep things all neat and tidy.

I just recieved this for my daughter for Christmas. I put it on my flat desk at work and the base does not rotate at all If you hold it in your hand and spin the base it works fine but not when it is on the desk in the proper position. I will give it to my daughter but if it was for me I would send it back . very very disapointed.

I really enjoy my Curli-Q-Plus. The clutter on my bathroom vanity has vanished. Blow dryer, flat iron, hairbrush, hairspray, etc.---it's all contained neatly. Everything in one place, no rushing around to get ready in the morning. As another buyer said, it makes cleaning bathroom counter simple. Wish I'd known about the product sooner.

I purchased the Curli Q Plus for my 11 year old daughter as a Christmas present and I really like how it keeps the clutter off the counter in her bath room.

Where it used to take 5 minutes to move the blow dryer, the flat iron, the hair clips and styling gel and whatever else she had on the counter, now takes about 5 seconds because all her hair styling stuff is kept in the Curli Q.

I no longer dread cleaning the counter like I used to because I no longer dread moving her clutter out of the way.So simple just to slide the Curli Q on the counter.

Now, I just need to buy a second Curli Q for my bath room vanity! :-)

I bought this because it was on sale and my other blow dryer died. It came with two attachments, don't try taking them off when the blow dryer is hot though, since it won't. (LOL) It's smaller in size which I like, it's a little heavier but not too much to where you notice. I do notice that it tends to tangle my hair more than my other one did. I would recommend this blow dryer, I love the giraffe print:)

I have had this dryer for over a year and have been pretty happy with it. The cord works fine for me as does the folding feature for storage. I always use it on the hot setting and my hair has neither fried nor head seemed too hot. I use it about 3-4 times a week. As far as noise goes, I never used to dry my hair, so maybe I forget what a hair dryer noise level is acceptable, but this seems o.k. by me.

I bought 2 of those hair dryers, one for me, one for my daughter. After mine broke (2 months later), I used my daughter's and it worked for maybe another 3 months. The cord didn't always retract and the motor burned out completely. The concept of the dryer is great, but the performance is poor!

I bought this dryer before going abroad for two reasons, dual voltage and it can be folded and takes up very little space. I was also traveling domestically prior to my departure, so it I thought it would serve my purposes well. In the US, I love this dryer! It was great and helped me to perform feats with my ridiculously thin hair! When I traveled to West Africa this summer, on about the second use it sort of blew up! Not only that, it took out the electricity of the entire house where I was staying! It worked the first time on the low setting. Perhaps that was the better option. Needless to say, it never functioned again and I had to bury it. When I returned, I actually bought another. Next time, I'll simply buy a dryer that is compatible with the country where I am traveling. This is a great dryer, and for the money, you just can't beat it! I love that the cord retracts and that it folds up. It takes up very little space in the bathroom.

I ordered this product a couple months ago, and it worked as advertised for the first month or so. I used it about once a week after receiving it. Then the medium heat setting, which i used most often, started to failthe cap will no longer heat unless it is set to the highest setting. I emailed the manufacturer, Mastex, about it twice, and they did not respond. their website contains no info whatsoever on their warranty policy.

It turns out the only real way to reach the company (mastex/thermal spa) is by calling directly. Here is the information i gathered:

the warranty period is one (1) year

process: you send them the malfunctioning product. YOU pay the shipping cost, which is not reimbursed. The product itself is not repairable, so if it is broken they send you a new one.

The entire back side including the nape doesn't heat up which make this cap practically useless for me. It does have really long sideburns that heat up quite hot so you can really get deep conditioned sideburns if you're Sly Stone or just burnt ears if you're me.

I've been looking for something like this for my awful, fried, dead hair (haha). It works pretty well by heating up the cap so the deep conditioner can get into the strands of hair.

The only problem I had was as someone else mentioned, it really only heats at the top of the cap, so you would have to pull your hair to the top. I was under the impression that the whole cap would heat all around. Also, because the cap is some sort of plastic material, the edge (of the cap) does hurt my neck by stabbing into my skin. I have to adjust the cap a lot or wear a protection around my neck.

The cap does need to be plugged into an electrical outlet so you do have to sit down or stay around an area while it's plugged in. It is pretty long, but I wouldn't mind it to be just a little longer.

I'm glad I bought this item & if it does happen to die eventually, I probably will purchase another one. The only thing I wish was that the whole cap heated...I know there are wires inside of it...but you get what I'm saying.

This hair is great! It's soft to the touch, barely tangles. It's does shed a little but it's not unbearable. I can't keep my hands out of it. I've had it in for two weeks now and it still looks and feels like I just took it out the box.. Just remember Remy hair doesn't react well to chemicals, so I just let the hair do it's own natural thing. I highly recommend this hair and as usual my shopping experience with amazon was wonderful.

This is a good grade of hair and it can be used multiple times. It doesn't shed, you can wash it everyday and it keeps the same appearance.

I got this dryer from a salon as a replacement for my Turbo that went cold after three years. This new Turbo is vastly inferior. It's much heavier and louder. The handle is uncomfortably flat on one side. The air runs too hot my hair looked fried. The cold button makes the air only slightly less hot, not cool at all. After two weeks, I exchanged the dryer for the black Chi Pro, which is much closer to the original Turbo (and cheaper, too!). On top of all this, I'm very disappointed that Chi has stopped offering a lifetime warranty on its dryers.

The dryer is heavier than previous models. Mine began making a grinding noise after two months. It was passed the 30 day return period for Amazon, and Farouk (the manufacturer) states that purchasing a Chi online voids the warranty, as it most likely is counterfeit. Make this purchase from a salon!

I was so disappointed with this product and this company. I have had 2 CHI hair dryers over the last 3 years and both have now stopped heating in less than 18 months. The first one was a gift so without a receipt they would do nothing. The second I bought and saved the receipt and box "just in case". Well, I did not read the fine print close enough that said "only for 1 year". Very disappointing that 2 hair dryers worth $100 each are only good for a year, literally! I called and they offered to fix it for an additional $35. I think I'll put that $35 towards a cheap dryer that will last 10 years. PLEASE think twice before spending that kind of money. I loved the way it dried, but I will never pay for this over-priced, poor customer serviced company again!
