I've tried many different hair turbans, and I finally decided to purchase this one online, and I'm truly happiest with this product. The material is very soft, and it cuts my morning routine time dramatically. It seems to help reduce frizz as well, perhaps because of less time using a hair dryer...Highly recommended product!

I bought this product because I wanted to experience microfiber and because I wanted a second turban for when the other one needs laundering. My terrycloth turban works well, but this turban is much roomier. If your hair is long and thick like Cher's or big and bushy like Robert Plant's, this turban will hold in all your hair. It has elastic around the forehead so it stays on and a roomy loop and button fastener. The microfiber fiber has a sort of sticky texture, as all microfiber does, but it's soft enough.

I tried these out because they looked about the same as the Aquis kind that they have on Amazon and which I've purchased before, but they were half the price. Now I know why. I have shoulder length, fine hair and that wasn't enough to really keep this turban on my head. However, even if my hair were longer, these turbans don't seem long enough to handle it the end goes into a very narrow triangle, so it doesn't really "hold" your hair. They also seemed very quickly to get that mildew smell on them, after only a few times using them. I had the Aquis ones for three years without a problem, so I'm going back. These are just more flimsy and more awkward to use. If I hadn't opened them all at the same time, I would have sent the rest back.

I read someone else say they order pink and got white and I figured they just mis-ordered...until it happened to me! I didn't return them because, meh..oh well. Although my son, who has long hair, gets mad every time he has to wrap his head in a pink towel!

The beauty isn't in how much water they absorb. They don't absorb any more than a regular towel. The beauty is in the small size and the fact they fasten in the back so you don't have a huge, heavy towel falling off your head.

My hairdresser uses this exact straightener whenever she styles my hair. While typically hairdressers can always make my hair look better than I can in even my most earnest attempts, this particular straightener does the majority of the work itself. I was amazed at how quickly and how legitimately straight and not frizzy my hair was after using this Babyliss!! I tried this Iron in the Salon, It really caught my arrention how fast it worked. So I wrote down the name and searched for it here at Amazon, I was surprised by the Price and ordered it. It took no longer than a week for me to get it. Just as I expected it works great! I have long thick hair and now I can have it ready in about 20 minutes and it seems I have gone to Iron it to the hair salon. It heats up to 450 in seconds is easy to use and it desing makes it really different.

I TOTALLY RECOMEND THIS PRODUCT. The only thing I would add is a Travel Bag to take it with me even when is still hot, But overall is an AMAZING Product!

This product is amazing! My hair was very damaged from over-processing, and I've used it twice and my hair is no longer shedding and looks much healthier. In talking to my stylist, she advised that you can damage your hair by doing protein treatments too often and by not following it up with a good moisturizing conditioner. You must also make sure you close your cuticles after a protein treatment by rinsing with cooler water. So if this product didn't work for you, make sure you're using it correctly, because it definitely stopped my hair from falling out.

My professional hair stylist has been using this product on my hair for the past 8 weeks, and I see a tremendous difference. My hairstylist recommended this product because my hair started breaking off due to sweating during my intense cardio workouts. Once the DRC was applied to my hair, it IMMEDIATELY stopped breaking. My hairstylist recommended that I apply this treatment to my hair every 4-6 weeks, however it would be expensive going to the hairstylist so I bought it from Amazon.

I was surprised how easy it is to use. Just make sure you follow the directions and don't try to cut corners and your hair will benefit. This product is so good that you will want to use it often, HOWEVER BUYER BEWARE! Do no use DRC more than once a month. Too much of a good thing can be bad. And too much DRC can actually damage your hair, so use in moderation.

Although I have only used it myself once and my hairstylist only applied DRC to my hair once as well, my hair has stopped breaking and my hair has no new breakage. I have long hair and I want to keep it healthy without sacrificing my body by giving up working out and DRC allows me to do this.

This item is to be used as needed. It is a VERY strong protein and must be accompanied with a good deep conditioning regimen. Directions must be followed accordingly. If you're doing it correctly, then you will be VERY pleased with the results.

I bought this last year after experiencing a lot of shedding from bleaching my Sisterlocks. I use it once a month, rinse it thoroughly, follow it up with a great conditioner from Carol's Daughter, a leaving in conditioner from the Sisterlock brand and essential oils (diluted in water) as a sealant. My hair is very healthy, much longer and has normal shedding. Although moisture contributes to the over health of my hair, the DRC is what repaired the damage and reduced the amount of shedding.

It is impossible to find a hair dryer in the stores with less than 1875 watts. They get WAY too hot and mine melted the plastic casing. I am thrilled with the ANDIS 1200 Wat dryer. It's the right temp and the right amount of wind force for my short hair. I give it an A+.

I purchased 3 of these units for the bathrooms in my bed and breakfast. The dryer is held in place at the top by a lever, which you release to remove the dryer from the wall unit (and which also turns the dryer on), and by a plastic "lip" at the bottom of the wall unit that the handle fits into. The plastic "lip" on two of the wall units broke within days so and the dryers can no longer hang from the wall unit. I called Andis and was told that there was nothing they could do. It's a good concept, and the dryers work well (although they are LOUD), but the plastic wall unit just does not hold up.

I have tried quite a few hair dyes and this one seems to last longer and covers gray hair more effectively. This hair dye comes in a small glass bottle that is in powder form. All you do is pour a certain amount into a plastic clear tray that is provided and add water based on the recommended measurements they give. For example, you will add water up to the first line when using a quarter of the bottle. Then you just mix it well and quickly apply it to your hair. I leave it on for about 20 minutes to make it more effective against gray hair. I have bought a couple of this product and will continue to use it. I haven't found another product that dyes hair as well quickly.

I've been using this hair color for years because it's inexpensive, not messy, does not damage my hair, lasts a long time, and fades naturally rather than growing out. It was pretty easy to find in LA, but was not widely available in Green Bay. Amazon gave me an outlet to get it for only a bit higher price than I was getting it from the LA ethnic markets.

I purchased this online after my Ion Hard Bonnet from Sally's broke (It has the same design as the Belson dryers and it was ridiculously tricky to close. I always thought I was gonna break it and one day I did.) So far I'm happy with this purchase. I'm black with relaxed hair that I deep condition and rollerset every week, so I use bonnet dryers a lot.

What I Like:

It's simple to close.

The bonnet fits my 2 inch gray rollers comfortably. I was surprised because the hood looks so little in pictures.

It has an air vent on top that you can open and close.

It gets hot but it doesn't feel like you're vacationing in the Devil's playland, (like the Ion did.)

I was worried about the air vents only being on top of the dryer BUT there are actually additional vents in the back (where the bonnet meets the neck). So unlike a lot of other hard bonnets, it actually gets the back and the bottom rollers dry.

It's really lightweight.

Things I Don't Love:

The "variable" temp control is actually just low, medium and high. There is no cold.

Also the temp control button came off during my second time using it. It's not that big of a deal b/c it's easy to put it back on.

Needed a new hood dryer after my Conair stopped blowing hot air. I always felt it really wasn't that great anyway. Well was trying to decide between this one and the 125 dollar Pebco on wheels. Decided to take a chance on this one especially with the price. This works absolutely great.

My daughter and I have relaxed hairmine shoulder length, hers longer. This fits 2" and 3" rollers comfortably and takes only 30-40 minutes to dry our hair vs the 1hr PLUS time with the Conair and the hot air is not unbearable. Especially since my DD and I both dislike sitting under a dryer.

It has helped me save money which is why I rated it a 5. It's only the cost of 1 wash and roller set. I could not beat that at all.

Bought this dryer in February 2010. In December 2010, the dryer stopped working. Part of the base of the dryer melted and a hold about the circumference of a pencil developed on the base of the dyer. I used the dryer about once a week for a 45 to 60 minute session. I ran it on high. Maybe that was too much. I have a hair weave and it is important that I get the tracks dry as well as my own hair. This dryer got my hair dry and the tracks dry. Maybe running it on high for an hour is too much. I emailed the Amazon seller for warranty information today. Will see what happens. I will try the dryer again but not run it on high for the entire session, just the first 30 minutes or so. Maybe that will help.

This has been a great dryer. It dries my hair pretty quickly. It is built well, however the last one i had just stopped working one day.(I had been using it for less than a year) Nothing on the outside seemed broken, i just turned the knob and it would not turn on. I bought a second one because for the price, its still a great investment. I'll be curious to see if this one lasts longer.

I'm disappointed that there was no mention anywhere on the product description that this item is counter and table mount only. I thought it would screw to a wall. I contributed images so others can see what it looks like installed. Also the power comes with a 6th cord so it should be long enough to wrap around your bathroom sink if need be. That's the only plus. I decided to keep it because it would be a pain to return it at this point. I recommend you get cord management wall clips that nail the power cord in place to keep it from making a mess. It is heavy gauge so it can be ugly if you leave it loose.

This product had the potential to be really cool but they placed the three pronged outlets in a row instead of side by side so you can still only plug one thing in at a time. Most hair appliances have a large base to plug in, not just the prongs.
