This product is amazing! My hair was very damaged from over-processing, and I've used it twice and my hair is no longer shedding and looks much healthier. In talking to my stylist, she advised that you can damage your hair by doing protein treatments too often and by not following it up with a good moisturizing conditioner. You must also make sure you close your cuticles after a protein treatment by rinsing with cooler water. So if this product didn't work for you, make sure you're using it correctly, because it definitely stopped my hair from falling out.

My professional hair stylist has been using this product on my hair for the past 8 weeks, and I see a tremendous difference. My hair is no longer shedding and brittle, and I can tell it is stregnthening and filling in at the top. My hair stylist even says she sees a tremendous difference as well. I believe if used properly it is a great product.

My hairstylist recommended this product because my hair started breaking off due to sweating during my intense cardio workouts. Once the DRC was applied to my hair, it IMMEDIATELY stopped breaking. My hairstylist recommended that I apply this treatment to my hair every 4-6 weeks, however it would be expensive going to the hairstylist so I bought it from Amazon.

I was surprised how easy it is to use. Just make sure you follow the directions and don't try to cut corners and your hair will benefit. This product is so good that you will want to use it often, HOWEVER BUYER BEWARE! Do no use DRC more than once a month. Too much of a good thing can be bad. And too much DRC can actually damage your hair, so use in moderation.

Although I have only used it myself once and my hairstylist only applied DRC to my hair once as well, my hair has stopped breaking and my hair has no new breakage. I have long hair and I want to keep it healthy without sacrificing my body by giving up working out and DRC allows me to do this.

This item is to be used as needed. It is a VERY strong protein and must be accompanied with a good deep conditioning regimen. Directions must be followed accordingly. If you're doing it correctly, then you will be VERY pleased with the results.

I bought this last year after experiencing a lot of shedding from bleaching my Sisterlocks. I use it once a month, rinse it thoroughly, follow it up with a great conditioner from Carol's Daughter, a leaving in conditioner from the Sisterlock brand and essential oils (diluted in water) as a sealant. My hair is very healthy, much longer and has normal shedding. Although moisture contributes to the over health of my hair, the DRC is what repaired the damage and reduced the amount of shedding.
