Ive had this blow dryer for about a 1 1/2 and it still works fine. Im not a fan personally: I would like if it weighed a little less, Im a hairdresser and on my feet all day. The cord is short, maybe its a long enough for personal use, not in a salon! It gets the job done, but Ive learned to research a little harder in the future.

I was glad to find this mirror. It's not as durable as I would like, but it was also very inexpensive. You used to be able to find round-the-neck mirrors any place that sold cosmetics and hair care items. They suddenly disappeared from stores about three years ago. How come? Lawsuits? Anyway I was glad to get this one. It's serviceable and didn't cost too much.

It won't be long before it breaks. It's not worth the trouble and expense to return. It is very flimsy and the wing nut has to be constantly adjusted. I gave it two stars: One for usefulness and one for price. It will suffice for the price. On a side note, I am right handed and the wing nut is on the left. It's not a big deal but felt awkward. No, you can't swing the mirror through the handle so it's on the right; it has a plastic 'stop' to keep it from rotating.

I've used Neck Mirrors for years how else do you style the back of your hair? The quality has gotten so bad, that I'm lucky if I get 2 months use of the mirror before it breaks.

It flops around, one has to constantly be tightening the screw, and eventually the handle just breaks off. Consequently, lots of swearing and bad hair days. If there is a quality neck mirror out there,

Cheap Conair Infiniti Professional Tourmaline Ceramic Curling Iron

I actually have the 2" and it is by far the best curiling iron I have ever used. My hair is the type that has always been hard to curl even with a "gallon" of hairspray, it just would never hold. (I have long/thick hair) I barely put any hairspray on and my curls were awesome loose curls. I plan on getting the 1 1/4" inch one also for some tighter curls.

You know how the skinny ends of your hair you usually have to use your fingers to wrap the hair around because it will slide right through? That didnt happen with this. No matter how skinny the ends of my hair were or how skinny a section of hair I did, the curling iron gripped the hair right to the very end so I never had crappy looking ends or burned my fingers wrapping it around.

I have nothing negative to say about this curling iron at all.

I used this for the first time this morning, and I CAN'T believe the difference tourmaline makes! I had a ceramic iron before, and there is NO comparison! I wouldn't bother spending the big $ on chi or T3 for the price you cannot beat this one!

I've been looking around for a good tourmaline ceramic curling iron and went with this one for now because of the low price. I do like it and as far as I can tell it does not seem to damage my hair. Maybe in the future I'll go with a pricier one but for now this one seems to do just fine.

Pros:

heats up fast and has different heat settings

the protective cover comes in handy

can't beat the price

tourmaline ceramic better than just ceramic or

worse, bare metal

looks nice

swivel cord

auto shut off

Cons:

the on/off switch is in a bad spot on the handle.. I

am constantly shutting off the iron by accident

the cool tip is not long enough to hold onto, making

it easy to burn your fingers

I honestly have not had this iron more than a week

so I can't say there aren't more cons but I'll

update this if I do find any

This is an awesome curling iron, which heats up super fast and even across the entire curling surface (no hot spots). The multi-heat settings and LCD readout are also clever and very useful features as well. The cost is amazing and the shipping from Amazon couldn't be faster! So, with all of these raves, why do I not give it a perfect 5 star rating? Well, two minor quibles keep me from giving it a perfect score. First of all, the LCD panel displays the temperature setting that you selected, but it gives you no indication of when the iron has been heated to that setting. There should be some sort of visible notification to let the user know that the iron has achieved the desired temperature. Also, included in the box is a clever slip on cover that you can supposedly slide over the iron, after it has been shut off, to protect you from the hot surface of the slowly cooling iron. However, the slip on sleeve becomes extremely hot to the touch, so it offers very little protection. And since the cover is plastic I am afraid that it could possibly melt and/or cause some damage to the iron surface.

Overall I think this curling iron deserves a solid 4 and 1/2 stars, but falls short of a perfect 5. I feel very confident in recommending it to anyone looking for a high quality iron that will meet or exceed their expectations. This iron is a top performer with just a couple of little shortcomings.

This is, by far, the best curling iron I have ever owned and I have owned a zillion of them. It holds your hair firmly but still let's it slide without damage to your hair. I use the highest setting and my waves last all day. I like the cover that comes with it so I can put my hot curling iron away withouth waiting for it to cool down. The long cord makes it possible to use just about anywhere. It is a quality product and I highly recommend it.

I got this as a gift and I can honestly say I will never use another straightener again. It is amazing. NEVER pulls my hair (every other one I've tried did), and it makes my hair beautifully silky and shiny just as box said it would. it heats up very quickly, and it very easy to use. My mother loves hers so much she has 2 in case one ever quits working. I highly recommend it. As for the really negative review goes I suggest calling the company bc I've never had any of the issues you have, and neither has my mother.

I use this all the time. I have naturally wavy hair, and I have used several hair straighteners over the past few years, and I bought this one almost a year ago, and use it 2-3 times per week, and the results are amazing. It heats up to 450 degrees in just minutes, I have long hair and can straighten it all in about 15 minutes. It leaves my hair smooth and silky, I get tons of compliments. I've never had issues with it. My sister-in-law and my husband's step mother are hair stylists and both have said how impressed they are with the results. This straightener works far better than one my sister in law has that cost her over $200. I LOVE this straightener.

First of all I was going to purchase a Super Solano. When I noticed this brand I had never heard of them. After some research, they are it appears well known as lots of salons advertise them. I just received the item. Now the review. 3 Nozzles are provide not 2, so thats a plus. Dryer has a built in electrical protector. Blows a TON of air. 3 heat settings. I found on low heat it is plenty hot. On high heat, you really need to keep the nozzle moving. Item has good ballance in your hand. Button selectors are well placed. "Cold shot" from your index finger. The disclaimer on the power cord states, the power cord contains lead which is known to cause birth defects or reproductive harm, wash hands after handling. This is a disclaimer required by the state of California. Take this for what it's worth. Also when the blower is on it has a smooth sound. Not an annoying electrical motor pitch that drives you crazy. A good value for the money. Comes with a one year warranty. Wait for the Friday one day sales. Overall I would have to give this item a 4.5 out of 5. You can't go wrong dealing with Amazon.

Oh my gosh. This hair dryer is so loud, my ears ring after using it. Also, the placement of the on/off switch is right where you grip with the tips of your fingers and you end up turning it off constantly if you hold it in the normal position.

I have med/long thick wavy hair. My hair is very heavy so its always been flat near my roots and full of body everywhere else. I use this product and it totally works for me. I end up with full bodied roots that last until I wash my hair, which is about 2 days. I only use a few spritzes just in my crown (wet hair) and I do blow dry my hair upside down until completely dry and use the 'cool' button while still upside down to help the roots set. I've tried many root lifting products in the past and this is my personal favorite so far. The product smells like a salon, which I personally like, but I can see some people not liking it. The smell goes away really quickly though so I don't think it would put off most people. I've used it every other day for about a month and have yet to notice any negative effects on my hair.

I have short very fine hair. I spray the Root Lifiting spray just at the roots,on wet hair (a little towel dried)on the top of my head. The others that have complaints about the hair being dry and stiff must have sprayed on too much. I have very straight hair and I need the lift on my crown and bangs. I also use a curling iron holding it a little longer at the roots and then pull it through my hair. It holds and looks great all day. My hair shines.
