It was not what I ordered. The picture was false advertizement. It showed blue on the handle and there was no blue. Daughter was very disapointed.

I got this as a gift and I can honestly say I will never use another straightener again. It is amazing. NEVER pulls my hair (every other one I've tried did), and it makes my hair beautifully silky and shiny just as box said it would. it heats up very quickly, and it very easy to use. My mother loves hers so much she has 2 in case one ever quits working. I highly recommend it. As for the really negative review goes I suggest calling the company bc I've never had any of the issues you have, and neither has my mother.

I use this all the time. I have naturally wavy hair, and I have used several hair straighteners over the past few years, and I bought this one almost a year ago, and use it 2-3 times per week, and the results are amazing. It heats up to 450 degrees in just minutes, I have long hair and can straighten it all in about 15 minutes. It leaves my hair smooth and silky, I get tons of compliments. I've never had issues with it. My sister-in-law and my husband's step mother are hair stylists and both have said how impressed they are with the results. This straightener works far better than one my sister in law has that cost her over $200. I LOVE this straightener.

I received as a gift and I must say this flat iron is the worst flat iron I've ever used. DOESN'T make hair smooth & flat, it pulls the hair everytime. No need to buy this one. Cheap product with cheap parts. You get what you pay for. NO STARS FROM ME, but HAD TO PICK ONE.

I've had this iron for about 1 month and its works ok, it doesn't get hair as silky as box described. I would recommend this product and it was at an great price.
