This diffuser comes with different size rings so it fits the end of your dryer. I don't need any of the rings because it fits my hair dryer the way it is. I've learned that I need to let my hair air dry a bit before I start using instead of when the hair is still very wet after towel drying. It works perfectly to get my hair as curly as possible & the curls last until the next time I need to wash my hair. I've let my hair air dry before & yes it is curly but the curls go away towards the end of the first day. So this diffuser by Helen of Troy Euro Style Model 1522 is a must for me!!!

I was unimpressed with the results the first day I used it. The second day I smelled burning (I do not use high heat when drying and I keep my hair in a towel before drying so I don't dry with the blow dryer for more than 5 mins.). The third day I was going to straighten my hair so I took the diffuser off and that's when I discovered it had melted inside my dryer! So it was ruined and so was my dryer. I think the kind that slip over the outside of your dryer are better. The company was kind enough to give me a refund on the diffuser.
