Very cute marketing, but after 1 use it did not work anymore. When I called tech support, there was none and the people I tried to talk to just kept telling me to contact Amazon.com. which I finally figured out how to do. They said to call, but you have to email. The blower when it did work was good, but barely warm. I have small Shih Tzu's and it took an hour to dry each dog.

My sister and I each purchased one of these in Jan. 2013. We both have standard poodles and use them twice a week on our girls, so very light use. Within 3-4 weeks of purchase, my sister's blew in the middle of drying her dog. The company we got it from was very good and replaced the canister immediately. This one worked fine till today, May 2013, and this one's motor blew in the middle of drying. Mine was working great till this past groom and I noticed mine is not heating up hot like it was, so am wondering if mine will be blowing out shortly!! These dryers are in our grooming rooms, never taken anywhere and used twice a week or so. When they are running properly, they are fantastic dryers and we could not be happier with them, BUT, obviously, there is some serious flaw. The company is sending a new canister right out and we are going to give it another go, but if there is any issues with this one, that will be it, we will ask for an exchange for a different machine (Edemco)... kinda wish we had gotten the Edemco in the first place now. :(
