I like this dryer. I have heard that some ppl have trouble keeping it on their heads. Indeed, when it wouldn't stay on my mother's head, but she has a small head and short afro hair. I have a normal sized head (one-size hats fit fine), and a big afro, so it stays on fine, on the low setting.
I would not buy this dryer for this price, or on Amazon. I bought it at Sally's for 9.95, and didn't have to pay shipping. I happened to have a blow dryer with a round nozzle at home. For the price, it was a great buy. If you have a blow dryer with a small round nozzle and a normal to large size head, it should suit your purposes.

I did not have any issues with this fitting over my hand held dryer nozzle. It gets really hot which is great for hair treatments. However it would not stay on my head. I was looking for a hands free experience and it did not deliver.

This product is a waste of money. It was an absolute struggle to get it to fit around my hairdryer, and it was much bigger than I thought. I wish I would have known that it was meant for a hairdryer with a smaller nozzle-I wouldn't have wasted my money on it. I just threw it in the trash. It's a complete waste of money, so don't buy it!
