The quality of both the regular mirror and the magnifying side are both excellent. The problem is that the 'collar'

where you can adjust the height, does not hold properly and so the mirror is unstable and wobbly. I thought I had received a defective one and sent it back, but the next one was just the same. It's too bad, because I've bought this brand of mirror before and have been 100% satisfied, but not this time.

adjustable points make it a little bit flimsy.You have to tighten it all the time, otherwise it's kind of wobbling.

I thought this would be a great solution, since the height is adjustable, but I will have to return this product. The adjustable mechanism is flimsy and when I finally got it situated at the correct height it was wobbly. I purchased this as a gift for my mother and she is unable to hold the mirror at the right height and then turn / tighten the side screws to hold it into place, it is not easy to adjust. I also had trouble with this.

I bought this mirror for my wife and I am glad I chose this one. It is portable, good quality and great buy for the price. The mirror extension could have been longer. My wife totally loves it and that is what matters.

We saw this mirror at a friend's house when we stayed in their guest room for a long weekend. It was just what my wife wanted, and now that she has it, she's thrilled with it. Very high quality and very stable on her vanity.
