I'm grateful to this company who allowed me to return this item because I found out I won't need it where I'm going. But the item came quickly by the seller and was packaged well. It is well made and attractive. Since I did not use it I can't rate how well it works so this is why I only gave it an average rate. But for customer service I give the company a 5.
