This steamer gets extremely hot, but with a few adjustments (long, thick cotton scarf wrapped around my forehead twice and tied in the back), it does the job well. The main reason why I purchased this particular steamer over the others was because of the one year replacement warranty.

I purchased this steamer in Dec 2011 and the part that adjusts the height cracked vertically. I still have my paperwork that was included with the shipment of the steamer, but there was NO info on who the manufacturer is, address,etc. I contacted the seller via email whom I purchased it from (DiscountsJungle) with 3 separate requests over a one month period to send me the manufacturers info including the address so that I can send the steamer back and have it replaced. I have heard nothing from DiscountsJungle.

I am giving the steamer a 3 star review due to my having to get creative to make the steaming experience bearable and the damage to it over such a short period of time.

I personally will avoid purchasing anything from this seller in the future.

Okay so I used my steamer a few days ago. Worked great and the seller shipped fast. My only complaint thus far is the the instructions were not very clear and I actually had to go on you tube to find out how a particular part worked but I got it put together. Also, it states that this product comes with a one year exchange warranty..there was no receipt in the box nor any form that talked about a warranty. Also, If I send this product back I have to pay for the shipping and saw no return information.I am a little worried and praying that nothing happens with this machine.

had steamer for 3 months and stopped working.When I called to send it back they make YOU pay to send and for them to send back!!unbelievable!!It was defective in the first place!Why should I pay.Not to mention the cost for delivery was almost as much as what I payed for the stupid thing..DON"T BUY

This steamer seems to agiood idea when I bought it but I used it twice and it is not working. There was no information in the box so I can call to find out what to do with. I will like to use it again. I amm a hairstylist and I know the importance of the steamer.
