I am very pleased with the company I bought this dryer from (Salon Supply Store). The dryer is very nice, but when I turned the timer knob, it cracked and broke. I was not able to turn the dryer on without it. At first, I was very upset! I sent an email to the company explaining what happened and asked if they could send me a replacement knob. They quickly answered my email and told me that a replacement knob would be shipped to me. I received the replacement knob quickly and it seems to be working fine. I've only had the dryer for a short time, but so far, I'm happy and would definitely buy from this seller again! (I am a licensed hair stylist.)

I give it 1 star because I couldn't give it less. I received the product with all sort of screws lose inside. Bought it as new and has scratches all over as if it was packed by a five year old. Parts of the inside of the hair bonnet was broken inside and the dryer was lose. The box it came in had no sign of mishandling so I can't blame UPS. The screw that comes with the pedestal does not fit inside the hole it is supposed to. The screw is way wider than the hole. The hair bonnet looked as if it was done in a rush as the sticker to read the temperature was not in place and crooked. If you are going to sell a product make sure screws fit and that it, at least, looks presentable. Wont waste another dime with this company. I wouldn't even recommend this product to my worst enemy.

I ordered this dryer and straight out of the box it didn't turn on! I tried every single outlet in the room thinking maybe it was the outlet. I was so disappointed! I really liked the design of the unit. It was unfortunate it didn't even turn on. I saw a previous review with the same problem. I am wondering if I got that same unit they returned. Needless to say, I returned the item and purchased an alternate.

This hair dryer has good temperature but air speed is poor, however with a little patience and more time can achieve good drying.
