I was very excited to get this particular hairdryer. My daughter has this product. It has many different settings and is used in salons. I tested the product prior to purchase and it proofed to be amazing. When I received the product through Discountjungle I was dissappointed because one of the speed settings didn't work. I called Discountjungle and was asked to send the product back. I had to pay for my own shipping of about $11.00. I received a new hairdryer and despite the fact that I inserted a note of the defect they sent me another one with the same defect. I called again and now I was told to send it back again to get a refund. I refused to pay for another shipping fee so Discountjungle sent a return label through Fed EX .I still want this hair dryer but I would not order through Discountjungle again. I am a returning customer of Amazon and will continue to order through Amazon. I did not like Discountjungle.
