what's great about this dryer is that it extracts moisture from you hair instead of blowing. Meaning the upward pull of the air is so much more efficient than a regular dryer that blows hot air downwards.

My hair dries in 5 minutes now.

Ok so I just received my hair dryer. It is a very nice looking/professional hair dryer. It was very easy to put together. I turned it on and it gets really hot (temperature control dial) which i love and need to wrap my hair. I love it!!

Had my pibbs easy dryer for 2 years. It just stopped blowing out cold air only. There is no customer service available to get this issue resolved. Your expected to simple spend another 400.00 for a new dryer. The worst.
