Does a great job most of the time but sometimes the hot air isn't very hot. Turning it off and back on usually solves the problem but it is a bit annoying.

It's a good dryer and I like that it came with a consentrator. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a mid range hairdryer

I've used this hairdryer for several years and when my first one died I was happy to see Amazon carried it because I could not find it in the local store. I like the heat settings, it's light weight, and the amount of air it produces is just right. It doesn't show it in the picture, but when I received it it also included a round diffuser in addition to the pictured attachment. The diffuser works great to keep my wavy hair from getting frizzy.

Very please with the performance of this hair dryer. This was purchased to replace basically the same model that finally gave out after 7 years of daily use by 3 family members.

It offers what I would call a warm heat as opposed to a hot heat that could singe your hair.

Overall all, an excellent product, very well made and lasts for years.
