I was a bit disappointed in some of the items, electrical items was just hot,med, and low.

shears poor quality, but will work for now seeking to get advance tools or professional tools in sets.

The kit is not fully loaded with the items needs to begin Cosmo school.

You get what you see on the picture does not come with African American Manikin head. No nail supplies :/

This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter who just started cosmetology school this year. The kit is decent for a starter kit.

However, the item was ordered 12/4/2012 and was supposed to arrive by 12/13/2012. On 12/14/2012 started trying to find out where it was. US Post Office lost it and was unable to track it. I can't blame the seller for that but every time I contacted them, I kept getting excuses and I had to keep contacting them for status updates. Finally, I got a message that contradicted the first one I got so I called. Supposedly the kit just arrived and they were shipping it out at that very moment. They gave me the option of UPSP or UPS and I told them that since USPS lost the first one, I'd really prefer UPS. The item arrived a few days after that with some extra items that they threw in as an apology for the trouble.

Overall, the kit was decent, USPS stinks and the customer service was so-so.
