I only use it during the 1st two weeks after a relaxer when my hair tends to be a little flat and hard to style. This spritz smells wonderful and provides support when heat styling without making your hair feel hard or stiff. The hair feels soft and natural but is under control. A little bit goes a long way. i use it once after a shampoo and it continues to work days later. No need to use it everyday. Love it and would recommend.
