Have this dryer since May and does not work as well as it did when I received it. Seems as though it is just dying out. Even has a burning odor. Quite surprised as I know this company is reliable. Kindly respond.

This product looks nice and solid on the outside. (not cheapy). Its heavy but I didn't concentrate on that while I was blow drying my hair. The dryer blows my hair fast without taking all the moisture out of the hair.

I used this dryer again, this time trying out the switches. I was surprised that when I moved the upper switch (while the dryer was on) I noticed a small blue electricity type spark. It did it twice upon moving the switch while the product was turned on. This part is listed as #18 on the diagram.

The base of the product is made in Italy. And the power source or part you plug into the electrical socket and cord are made in China.
